I use Jennings All Spruced Up regularly for carpet cleaning and occasional tile work at my own home. They're VERY good, extremely reasonable and Mike (the owner) is especially easy to work with.

Being in Real Estate, I have a few options of who to call, but I always call Mike @ Jennings All Spruced Up!
