We have been using Horizon Landscaping for 2 years and are very impressed with their workmanship. The crew does an excellent job cutting grass, fertilizing, trimming bushes and fall and spring cleanup. The development has two retention areas that Horizon maintains to allow proper drainage. If there are any concerns, Louie, the owner and his team are very responsive to abate them. Horizon is very easy to work with providing Quality Lawn Care and customer service.

The worst company! Always in a hurry and sloppy work!
They create more of a mess, rather than beautify your grounds!
They leave behind a total disaster! They are not organized and appear to not knowing how to landscape!
If I could give a 0 star, however one star was too much! No one speaks English, so you can not even correspond with any of the workers! Stay away from this company they are awful!

After having some "out of the blue" problems with our lawn, we gave Horizon a call (after a HORRENDOUS experience with TruGreen) to come and work their magic. Being local and a small business was important to us.
Communication was pretty good until they lost their sales rep... Then the follow-up communication went to zero. The actual service Technician (Paige) was fantastic, knew her stuff and didn't try upselling the farm... But when she would defer any issues to the owner, Louie, they would go unanswered.
One of my biggest issues (besides lack of communication) is the fact that there would be no heads up on when their next visit would be... They would just show up for an application.

The only reason this review is giving 2 stars, instead of 1, is the fact that they did what they said they would do.

Horizon Landscaping has provided excellent service to the community I manage in both snow removal and landscaping for several years. The owner is communicative and fair, and his crew is always willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our property.

Great experience! Horizon did such a great job with my lawn. They were incredibly prompt and professional. I had no idea what I wanted to do and the owner designed a beautiful landscape! I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family.

Horrible experience, from trying to get a quote to even getting in the schedule. It was a hassle from the beginning. I gave them chance after chance because I liked the salesman, after that the communication was awful, the lawn tech was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and friendly but aside from that, their work is subpar, very expensive, their crews are not professional and throw cigarettes on the property every time. They don’t pick up trash or anything, they blow it around and do not perform quality work. To top it off, I prepaid for the season for my fertilization and was billed multiple times after! I was billed for services I didn’t signup for and services I know were not performed, I tried to call and spoke to someone and he was arrogant and rude on the phone. He told me it was the salesman who double billed me and also did not price my job properly. Did not offer me a refund or anything, he basically told me to buzz off and call someone else. I will be contacting the proper channels to ensure this doesn’t happen to others, unfortunately I know a few other customers who also dealt with similar situations. I will never use them or refer them again, lesson learned.

We have trusted Horizon landscape for our lawn care for the past 3 years. They take great care of all our landscaping needs from mowing, mulch, spring and fall cleanup fertilizing and hedge trimming. Would highly recommend this company.

I cannot stress enough how beautiful my yard and patio horizon landscaping built for me. They have exceeded All my expectations I absolutely highly recommend them for any of your landscaping needs! I was very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism and will be using them in the future to maintain my lawn ! Great job guys!!!

Waited a couple weeks before posting my review to make sure I was getting the grass I expected. Happy to report I'm seeing healthy grass in my yard. Kevin and his daughter (she's just joined the business) were great on the day of the hydroseeding - completely professional and clean, no mess to clean up, etc. Communication was great throughout - scheduling was easy and the pricing and proposal were easy to understand. I do have a small yard - roughly 500 sq feet of seeding was needed. I recommend this service!

REVIEW UPDATE - 2 months since seeding, the yard looks incredible. One of the few vendors / services where the outcome was better than the expectation!
