Installation of 3ton system: Five plus stars for this company! Shane did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it with professionalism and great pricing. His follow-up, attention to detail and helping me to find, and apply for, substantial rebates was a welcome change from many other companies I have been dealing with during the remodel of my home. I also really appreciated how clean everything was when the job was completed. Thanks for your stellar professionalism and straight-up great customer service!

Shane is incredibly responsive. Excellent service and he even solved a problem we were having unrelated to his service. Previously installed a Lars Combi Boiler/ Heater and work was impeccable. Highly recommended.

My AC unit broke, they went above and beyond trying to fix it, and when I had to replace the unit, they had a brand new system installed, and running the very next day. They even took care to fix the walls around it because the new system was only half the size (but twice the power) of the old unit. They worked outside in the direct sun on a 97° day for 4+hours.
Don't overthink this, just call them and tell them what's going on and they will take care of you!

I used Comfort Systems and Solutions to help me with some issues with my A/C system. They went above and beyond in helping solve my problem, and even took the time to do a deep cleaning on my system as well. Extremely fair pricing, and amazing customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The service was exceptional. Shane and his team were knowledgeable and efficient. The team took out my old furnace and installed a new one in less than 3 hours. More importantly they were able to meet my needs at a more than reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome group of guys! They converted my old boiler system to a new furnace and heat pump setup. I must have contacted a dozen other companies before finding Comfort System and Solutions Inc, and no one could touch their pricing for the scope of work I needed. They made quick work of a big job, and I was highly satisfied with the quality of their work and the quality of the equipment they installed! Shane was super responsive, upfront, and extremely fair when quoting the job. He also made me feel comfortable and included in the planning process, especially when it came to laying out all the equipment. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future HVAC installs.

Shane was top notch. I decided to give him a call after reading the great reviews (absolutely deserved). My wife had called some other companies and was told 1-2 weeks if they even returned the call. Shane fit me in the next day. He arrived at the time he promised and fixed the issue. I decided to be proactive on another piece of functioning equipment but he didn't have the part (obviously he can't stock every part in his truck) so he said he would come back to install it. I paid for that days service as well as for the future visit. Per his word he contacted me to tell me he was coming. It was refreshing to meet such an honest person in this day and age. Everything is working top notch. He is fair with his pricing. No worries here with Shane. Great guy and great service!

Comfort Systems and Solutions should be your go-to HVAC specialist!! I can’t say enough about how satisfied we were with our experience. We were looking for someone to install a mini split in our basement on a short timeline, and also were having issues with our kitchen being much colder than the rest of our house. First off, the mini split installation was perfect - easy to schedule, clear itemized invoice, extremely professional, and most of all - works perfectly. But where Shane went above and beyond was the issue with our kitchen ducts. After two other HVAC people telling us we needed to either rip apart the walls or install different equipment, Shane took the extra 15 minutes during our consultation to actually trace the ducts and immediately fix a manually closed duct. The problem was immediately solved. In an era where it’s very difficult to know whether someone will treat your home like it’s their own, Shane did just that. Can’t recommend enough.

I can’t say enough about Shane and his team. After being left in the dark by many other HVAC people I was searching for someone who would just show up and get the job done at my small business. Not only did Shane replace my furnace but he did it fast and affordable as well. The communication is unmatched. Highly recommend.

We recently had a Quilt heat pump system installed by Comfort Solutions and the entire experience was outstanding. After gathering more than ten quotes, this was the company that stood out immediately.
