I purchased wood pellets from Hattoys. I was very flexible on delivery dates times and paid in full, in advance. When contacted for delivery I specified that the delivery driver sent last year wasn’t skilled or good and asked he not be sent. The same driver was sent. He was rude and unprofessional. He dropped pallets in the middle of the driveway 40 feet away from the designated location and just would not cooperate. In the process , Bags of pellets were ripped open and damaged. I called the office and discussed with Mark and although he was sympathetic, he offered no real help or even to refund the delivery charge. I’m very unsatisfied with their service.

Hattoy’s Nursery & Garden Center is the perfect place for anyone who loves gardening. They have an amazing selection of healthy, vibrant plants — from herbs and veggies to unique flowers and shrubs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to share tips. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get, and the whole place has a warm, welcoming feel. It’s my go-to spot for garden projects all season long

Purchased 5 evergreens back in the spring and had them delivered, my landscaper planted them all next to each other and we watered them all the same regularly. One of them is dieing all the others look great, when I called and asked for some resolution I was offered 20% of a new one if I still had my receipt.
Not the service I was expecting. Very disappointing.

My brother bought hydrangeas from here. We watered it daily. Within 3 days it looked horrible. Now we are not stupid we now what beds to be done to maintain a healthy plant. after 6 days it was dead. We called and were told to bring it in for %20 off. I thought if we explained and they saw what it looked like they would at least give %50 off another plant. We were treated like dummies and looked at with disbelief like we didn't have e a clue. I tried to explain it's possible for 1 plant to die but we were told if it was an epidemic maybe. Told them to keep the plant and left. Too bad we have a new house that needs a lot of work outside and my brother lives this place e. Never good again after this. horrible.

Hattoy’s is a special place that is hard to find in today’s market. Is it a little out of the way to get to for some people? Maybe…..But it is SO worth it.

The garden selection is top quality, with a huge selection and incredible prices. The staff KNOWS WHAT THEY’RE TALKING ABOUT!! You’re not getting big box store customer service at Hattoy’s….you’re getting experts that are friendly and are there to help and guide you with your selection.

Also….if you need pellets for the cold RI winter….look no further. Again, a great selection and they know what they’re talking about. We shopped at two different stores for our stove, and both places told us to go to Hattoy’s for pellets…”they only carry quality”

Hattoy's came highly recommended to us by extended family when we first moved here. Every one of our visits has been great. The people are so nice and the quality of their items is unmatched. We went to grab a bunch of awesome pumpkins today. Highly recommend this be your garden center!

I am so happy I discovered this gem this season! Beautiful selection of annuals and veggies and you can tell all plants are well cared for. Prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is really outstanding. You’ll find lots of unique varieties along with your standards for annuals and veggies. Definitely my new go-to for local nurseries, and so nice to have a non big-box option!

Very helpful staff - we've gone there multiple times and they have a great selection of flowers and plants. Most recently I went today to get some bags of organic compost for our garden. if you're in or around Coventry / West Greenwich, you'd be hard pressed to find a better nursery and garden center!
