We had 2 outlets go out in one room and we could not figure out why. B&K came out same day. They called when they were on the way. Both service technicians showed up with their masks on and acted very professional. They showed me how to use the breaker box correctly. I will call them for future repairs or upgrades.

Overall, excellent service and the technicians that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and it took about an hour to change out my bathroom fan and light. My concern is cost to change out the fan/light and the job was $640 with $175 for the fan, which is fine. There is a $15.00 dispatch fee (which is fine) and that leaves roughly $450.00 for roughly one hour! That’s too steep. It seems I was a little burned here.

Awesome response. Called back same day. The office called me day before and day of service. Jared called prior to arriving. What a pleasure to have a company to work with. Very difficult these days to even get a call back. Everyone I spoke with were very pleasant. Thanks again. If I ever need an electrician again will definitely be calling.
