We had 2 outlets go out in one room and we could not figure out why. B&K came out same day. They called when they were on the way. Both service technicians showed up with their masks on and acted very professional. They showed me how to use the breaker box correctly. I will call them for future repairs or upgrades.

Awesome response. Called back same day. The office called me day before and day of service. Jared called prior to arriving. What a pleasure to have a company to work with. Very difficult these days to even get a call back. Everyone I spoke with were very pleasant. Thanks again. If I ever need an electrician again will definitely be calling.

Jared and Jeremy came by same day (previous appointment cancelled), and were quick and really professional. I had some stubborn wiring from a previous electrician and was a bit confusing to troubleshoot. Probably took them around an hour, and did me a HUGE solid by labeling, so i can work on my house in the future. Right in the wheelhouse of previous estimates as well! Will use in the future for any electrical work!

Called B & K Electric to add a light fixture in a bathroom. Cost was in line with estimates received. Jared came on time and was wonderful. Very professional; quick, competent, and neat worker. EXTREMELY happy with the work and will certainly contact B & K for future electrical jobs.

I contacted B& K through Home Advisor and received a prompt response. Jared and Jeremy came out to do the project. They were professional, cheerful and they did the jobs required efficiently and quickly. Jared and Jeremy are the best, so be sure to request them if you have any electrical work that needs doing.

I hired B & K Electric approximately 3 years ago to install a new circuit box in my house after a fire and minor water damage in my basement. The work was exceptional and the entire crew were conscientious, polite, hard-working as well as very professional. I would highly recommend them because of the quality of their work.

Mike and his guys did an excellent job. Our house is over 100 years old and they had to remove all the knob and tube wiring so we could insulate the house. They update the electric wiring and added outlets. Price was very reasonable for all the they did here.

The whole team, Jared, Ish, Cam, and Mike, were great. Responsiveness and attention to detail was amazing, from the initial estimate, till the work was complete. Jared talked with us and showed he cared about the worker needed, as a regular person... That is hard to find nowadays. Even Mike, the owner, called the day before about our appointment. Would recommend to anyone looking for excellent electrical work. Thanks B&K!

Cam showed up at 8am had the materials needed to completed the job was very professional, courteous and provided the price before completing.
The office call taker's were very courteous and timely as well about updating the status of when a tech would arrive and confirmed the work I needed done.

B&K Electric never did any work for me, but still gets a top rating from me for his professionalism and going above and beyond when we were in need. I needed somebody to do odds and ends type things in order to sell my house and I couldn't reach or find anybody that could do it. My Wife recieved a response late in the evening from the Owner Mike, and he worked very hard with her and I to accommodate us, even trying to move his schedule all around. The job was very small, and there probably wasn't a whole lot of money it it for him. We ended up going with somebody else that called back after 2 days and could get out right away, but for a guy who never worked with us before to try and go above and beyond for us was worth a lot to me. Next time I need electrical work done, I know who to call.

Quick, easy quote. Job was done thoroughly and cleanly. They worked with small holes, patched up any holes they had to make. They double checked their work at the end. Professional and reliable. They came on time and got the job done in one day! Our tech was Brian Guttierez, he and his team did a great job!

B & K is a top notch company, which provides exceptional attention to detail AND some of the best customer service I've experienced in RI dealing with many electricians before them. They did a superb job replacing several of my home lighting fixtures. I won't hesitate to recommend or hire them again.

B&K Electric is a top-notch company I'd recommend to anyone without hesitation. They really are the ones that answer the phone, show up on time, do great work, keep a clean worksite and a pleasure to work with. When we moved to Rhode Island from out of state, into our 75 year old house with no outlet in the bathroom, and seriously overloaded circuits, we called B&K. Why B&K? Good reviews like this one! So, I am adding mine to say we think B&K is great, and we aren't your average customers. My husband George is an semi-retired architect/builder with high standards, so he isn't easy to please. Mike is great to work with, and he really knows the old houses. It's hard to say enough good things about Jeremy, Cameron and everyone else on the crew without sounding corny, but seriously everything about our experience was great - including the price. I look forward to working with B&K again this summer when we do some more renovation.

I have had B&K Electric work at my home several times over the past few years. They have done little jobs - adding a new outlet for a large Air Conditioner, to large jobs - Upgrading my service from 100 Amps to 200 Amps. Each time I have been very pleased with the work that was done. They are nice and courteous and do GREAT work. Finding an electrician that you can trust is not easy. I would highly recommend B&K Electric to anyone who wants a great job and piece of mind.

Two guys came in from B&K back in June helped troubleshoot power issues running to our pool. Gave me a price (appreciated) after establishing the issues and had them also run power into one side of our garage. Not cheap but if you need clean, fast and professional it's worth the piece of mind all day. Will use again if need arises.

B&K installed some recessed lighting in my house and did a great job !! The job was done in no time, and they were neat and cleaned up before they left. I will be calling them back for another job, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

B & K Electric upgraded the electric service in our incredibly old home! It was a very complicated job connecting 4 very old fuse boxes and making sense of a bunch of wires running everywhere. The electricians that worked on the house were extremely knowledgeable, professional and just good people! The estimate was very fair and affordable. We will be bringing them back for additional work, in the future!
