Today, when seeking to set up Fall maintenance, the person with whom I spoke claimed to have no records of having worked on our equipment, and had a litany of questions for me. The person talked over me, sought to control me, and would not answer my questions about why the company did not have our service records. I will never hire this company again.

Very pleased with the professionalism from the Gem Team. I inquired about a standby generator and had a visit from Adam who quoted me for the job.
