Ive been working with Russ and Chris for several years now and the thing that separates them from other developers/investors that I work with that that THEY CARE! Not only do they pay specific attention to every detail throughout the project, but stand by their work 100%. The client ALWAYS comes first. You will be hearing more and more about this company for years to come!

Extremely professional and transparent. I would recommend them 8 out of the 7 days of the week! Russ and Chris are so easy to work with! Quality work!!

Exceptional service and quality. Craftsmanship at its finest. Above and beyond for every task. There’s no reason to call anyone else. The best is right here. Thanks crew for an amazing job⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you never disappoint.

Excellent craftsmanship and coordination of trades. Timely project construction timing and transparency of pricing.

Great communication from start to finish. Very professional. Crews show up when they were scheduled for, never a guessing game of what day they'll show. Quality of work is fabulous. Couldn't be more pleased with our end result. Highly recommend.

I have used OPD corp my past 3 years in business and I cannot recommend them enough. I hired them to gut and refurbish my chiropractic clinic the first time- the timing, professionalism and communication was exceptional.

Now moving onto a bigger location, I have once again hired them to complete the task. Since hiring them, they have been completing every task on time, being meticulous with the details I wanted and remain fair as well as transparent with their pricing.

Russ and Chris run a fantastic business and would recommend their services to everyone I know.

Working with OPD Development Corp. has been a great experience from start to finish. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering quality work. Throughout the project, communication was clear and consistent, and any concerns or changes were addressed quickly and thoroughly.

Kelsey was great to work with. She designed my office fantastically and was easy to work with. The carpentry company worked diligently and fast and got the job done in a fair amount of time and also built me a full bathroom which our shop did not have before hand. Great company!

They never disappoint! Their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail make them stand out. Highly recommend OPD.

Oak & Pallet Development Corporation recently finished my basement, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The project included a custom gym, full bar, modern bathroom, and a cozy living room complete with a fireplace — all beautifully done and covering approximately 900 square feet of space.

From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and incredibly skilled. Every detail — from the tile work in the bathroom to the finish on the bar and the layout of the gym — was completed with precision and pride. The fireplace added a perfect touch to the living space, making the basement not just functional, but a true extension of our home.

I highly recommend Oak & Pallet for any home renovation or remodeling project. Their craftsmanship and commitment to quality truly set them apart.

I can’t say enough good things about OPD! Russ and Chris are absolute pros—honest, reliable, and incredibly skilled at what they do. From start to finish, the entire project was handled with precision and care. They communicated clearly every step of the way and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. The craftsmanship was top-notch, the crew was respectful, and the job was completed on time and on budget. You can tell these guys take real pride in their work. Highly recommend OPD for any construction or renovation needs—you won’t be disappointed!
