Ashley and Karina cleaned my home yesterday and is was immaculate!! They were thorough cheerful, and friendly. They even did a few “extras” to be complete. I was very happy with their work.

I am at 10 Moss LN in Coventry, and I have been using the service for a couple of years. I appreciate everyone who has come to clean my house, especially Elercida and Landy. I am sorry I don't know all the names, they come while I am in my office working, and I don't have much interaction. They are always prompt, professional and thorough. I certainly look forward to their bi-weekly cleaning visits!

The people from The Cleaning Authority have been cleaning my house (and my previous house) for years - and doing a fantastic job of it. Everyone is kind, considerate, and hard-working, For the past few years, at my request, we have had the same people, Alicia and Maria. It's a rare individual who can keep everything clean and still amuse both my dog and my bearded dragon. My dog, Simon, is at the door (wagging his tail) when they arrive. And my bearded dragon, Billy, would be also if he were smart enough to figure out how. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than Alicia and Maria.

Great cleaning service. I have used the company for many years. Excellent customer service, lovely office staff, and wonderful cleaning crews.The very few times in many years that we have had a problem the staff address it immediately and fully. ( for example-missed cleaning 1 bathroom years ago. They sent someone the next day to clean that bathroom ). Our cleaners Ashley and Karina do a great job and are so very nice. Highly recommend this company.

I am lucky enough to have Maria B and Vianelly as my cleaning crew. They are wonderful. They ALWAYS do a fabulous job and everything is sparkling when they leave. They are very accommodating to any changes that need to be made. They are not only great at what they do but they are very kind. I feel so very lucky to have them clean my home.

I have been using Cleaning Authority for 2 1/2 years. I needed them when I broke my right hand and couldn’t do much for several months. Ashley and Karina have been wonderful in cleaning my small place. They both have always been pleasant and they do a great job every time they come. I would highly recommend the company and the people who work in the office and who clean for them.

The workers did a very good job cleaning what they were supposed to. There was language barrier which is why we gave it a 4. Will use them again because of the quality of the cleaning They are hard workers. No wasted time, great teamwork

Gladiz and Maritza both do an excellent job. Both are always thorough and efficient. They are friendly and courteous. They always very polite kind. They are mindful of our pets and our son Alex who has special needs. Sometime they have to accommodate their schedule for him. We have been lucky to have them for all these years. Please let them know how much we all appreciate their work.

Everything was clean and neat. So nice to come home to a clean house! Erika and Iris did a great job and even added artistic touches to the paper towels and tissues!

Michelle and Ruth do an outstanding job at my house! I always look forward to coming home knowing they’ve been there, excited to see the little touches they’ve added: like a bow made from my paper towels, a tissue flower on the tissue box or my dogs new Christmas stuffie left on the ottoman. Great first cleaning! They did an incredible job, really making sure to clean all areas well and get under and around furniture too. I really like how they didn't require a separate "deep clean" at a high price to get started. Rather, it's built into the pricing, which worked really well for us. Highly recommended!

Great first and second cleaning and then the next one was awful. Despite the 3rd being awful I thought I’ll give them one more shot since the person I spoke to said they would make things right and have a supervisor come out to check. No better this time. After the first two cleanings I was really hopeful that the third was just a one off. The company is responsive, but I don’t want to have to call after every cleaning.
