Our church notified DBS that we wanted to discontinue using them because of poor service. We gave them 30 days' notice, and they stopped cleaning our church, even though we paid them in advance, which how they bill. They have not returned any of my calls. They are terrible.

DBS Building Solutions did a general upkeep cleaning of my business. They did an excellent job, replaced lightbulbs, painted some fading paint and mopped/cleaned the floors throughout the facility. Will definitely be using them again, for another routine maintenance.
