It’s unfortunate because I wanted to use Northeast Tree. Northeast came out and gave me an estimate to have my tree trimmed. They gave me a price and I was satisfied and wanted to move forward. The issue started when I tried to make an appointment. I have literally called every week for the last month, but no one calls back. As a business owner myself I know I can’t afford to blow off a customer, because not everyday is busy and their will be times when I will need every customer. It maybe a good thing that they did not call me back, because if they had called and scheduled an appointment they probably won’t show up.

We had these guys out for an estimate last June.. they were a few hours late for the assessment but we got a good quote and scheduled a day for the work. They didnt show up. Called back and scheduled a second day - they didnt show up again. Spent the next 2 months calling their office (pls note their office team is kind and professional despite this 1 star review) - realistically we spoke 8-10 times about a 3rd scheduling attempt. The office folks acknowledged this was escalated to a supervisor but nothing came of it. We never got a call back - in October we bought a landscape trailer and did the work ourselves. Happy Fathers Day Pop.
