Beware, these guys have horrible road rage issues. I would not want to deal with any business that outwardly displays this type of anger, as a small business, they should be more courteous and professional, not a good reflection on their reputation.

A needed a new chimney cap after mine apparently blew away in a storm, and A-Tec replaced it at a price I could live with. The tech was young but professional.

I could not have been happier with A - Tec Chimney Sweep. They installed a liner and repointed my chimney and replaced many deteriorated bricks. They replaced the bricks with used bricks that they provided. You can’t even tell they replaced them. They were professional, friendly and when they were done you never knew they were there. I would recommend them to everyone.

Have used ATEC for the past 5 years. I appreciate the yearly reminders and coupons ATEC sends out. I rely on them to make sure my wood stove runs smoothly for the winter. They are reliable and honest.

A-Tec and the service rep, Tyler, are so impressive. I called end of last week to schedule, the got me an appointment for the following week. Gave me a time window and a price, detailing what was included. 30 mins before the service rep showed up they gave me a call to give me an ETA. Tyler showed up, performed the service in what felt like a blink of an eye. It was hands down the easiest part of my day working with Tyler and A-Tec.
He was thorough and showed us what he was doing, why he was doing it, and then how to use our fireplace going forward. I can't say enough wonderful things about Tyler and A-Tec.

The young man called ahead to confirm the time and then showed up with a big grin on his face..it was a good start! There was another man with him as well. He told us about our chimney and showed us how to use our fireplace before he began the cleaning and inspection. (We just bought our condo). They were done in no time at all, gave us our report and left. Also, very clean…laid a cover on our floor first, etc. We will certainly call them again!
