Mr. Patrick Geddes was our Inspector for the New House that we purchased. In all honesty, Patrick did a great job by taking his time inspecting the property in details for the entire house Interior & Exterior. He made remarkable comments and suggestions for the items that require replacement or repairs. The Inspection report was professionally done with colored photos showing all the deficiencies of the property. At this time, we are in the process of hiring some contractors to repair what is needed to secure the property for a great living place. We truly thank Patrick for all his hard work and dedication in explaining the changes needed for a better living mode.
Patrick deserves a raise and 5 stars toward his work ethic.
