I have dealt with Bo the owner on several occasions. He has installed a water softener system for me. And has serviced the system as a follow up. Each time I have reached out. I either speak to him rougher away or he is very good at getting back to me in a timely matter. Pricing has been very fair and most importantly my water issues have been rectified. I highly recommend Shamrock Well

Shamrock has been the easiest company to do business with, hands down....within minutes of my inquiry, they reached out, gave me an estimate, answered my questions, and scheduled a time to install my pump. No waiting for days for a return call or getting completely ghosted. The team that came to do the installation was knowledgeable, pleasant and did great work. I wish every company was this amazing!!!

We are returning customers and would highly recommend Shamrock. After our well pump failed this week, Bo had a crew at our house first thing in the morning. They informed us that our pump was fully warranted and replaced it. The crew was honest and professional as well as neat and courteous. "Well' done Shamrock. My well pump went after 30 years. I called a few companies to get availability and pricing. The owner was very open and honest. They use the best pumps that last which is what I had. Some companies might be cheaper but you are also going to get a cheaper pump that won’t last as long. They came out within a day and replaced what needed to be done. The control valve and the pump. They were done within a couple hours. Great people .. prompt service Highly reccomend.

SHAMROCK replaced my failed well pump. They were fasts, reasonable pricing and left the work area clean and neat. I now have them in my contacts as my go to well company. I would recommend this company.

Our well pump died in the morning and we had no water. We called Shamrock and they immediately quoted us a fair price and came out the same day to do the installation - we had water by late afternoon! Can't say enough great things about them - very professional and our water is crystal clear now!

My pump failed on a Saturday in January very cold! I contacted Shamrock they were willing to come out right then but I told them they could wait till Monday. The crew that came out was very polite efficient and explained everything. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Plus I have to add the price was extremely reasonable.

I have been a customer of Shamrock Well for many years. As anyone with well water knows when you turn on your faucet and nothing comes out it's something that needs attention right away. I had already had bad luck with other plumbing companies that serviced wells and a Google search brought me to Shamrock. Not only did Bo answer the phone but he was here the same day to assess my situation. I had water the next day. From then until now nothing has changed, Bo answers the phone, does what he says he will, and the cost is always reasonable. I have also had a whole house water softening system put in by Shamrock and couldn't be happier that I found this company. I have recommended them to family and neighbors who have been equally satisfied.

I highly recommended Shamrock well and pump LLC. This was our first experience having well water and we were looking to test the water’s quality. Bo was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful through out the entire process. He reviewed the lab results to help us find the best solution for our home’s water. When it came to installing the water softener and filtration system, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We found the company to be reasonably priced and readily available with any questions that arose. My expansion tank failed, so I called them, and within less than 3 hours, they were at my house. They replaced the old tank and installed a new one quickly, with no mess or delays, all at a reasonable cost. Bo never fails to impress. This is an excellent business—knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable. They're always available and consistently keep their promises.

A+ service - would gladly use these guys again. Called with a non-emergency problem related to my well and we discussed possible causes; they had the crew out to my house the next morning. Great communication from the guys throughout the troubleshooting process. They found the issue quickly and were able to resolve it and provide a replacement pump (at my request - the old one was almost 30y/o) all in the same visit.
