As an ex salesman that put his customers needs first and gave them the facts that they needed to make well informed, data driven business decisions, I appreciate it when I get that in return. Mike was amazing at assessing, repairing and then advising me on a path forward that sounded like he had the pulse of his industry. I appreciate someone knowledgeable about what's on the horizons and what's in your best interest as a customer. I'll look no further for a reliable HVAC company, I found one for sure.

Mike worked with me when my gas boiler's blower fan kit stopped working during our coldest spell (of course). The price of the part was a bit insane, but he was able to give me the information I needed to search the web and save a few hundred dollars by ordering the part from a company that is not his usual supplier. Mike did the work quickly, efficiently and reasonably. I recommend Mike for any gas boiler issues.

I highly recommend Regional Heating and Cooling for all of your HVAC needs. Our combi unit stopped working at Christmas time and we had the biggest company in RI out twice to fix it over a few days time spending $1300 without resolution and I refused to call them again. I found Mike through the Nextdoor app. He was able to fix our unit at a reasonable cost and we have had no issues since then. He mentioned at the time of his visit that he did AC too and we told him we hadn’t had our central AC serviced in many years. We had planned to reach out in the Spring to have him come back but hadn’t got around to it yet. He reached out to me proactively this month to see if I would be interested in his current AC servicing specials. He just came today and thoroughly cleaned and serviced our central AC. Mike is very personable, trustworthy, reliable and a master of his craft. We are very happy with his service and plan to use him for all of our HVAC needs. I cannot recommend Mike and his HVAC services enough! Our central air unexpectedly stopped working and after calling almost a dozen different companies, Mike was both the fastest to respond and had the shortest wait for an appointment. He was more than personable, professional, and really took the time to explain every step/thought process he had, as well as answer all of my questions (I know nothing about HVAC systems).

Fast forward to a few weeks later and once again, our central air unexpectedly stopped working. I called Mike, late on a Friday afternoon, expecting to book an appointment for the following week. Much to my surprise, he was at our house within an hour. He genuinely cared and wanted to figure out what the problem was. He stayed later than expected, analyzing all possible causes, and ensuring he could determine the root cause. Not only did Mike fix the issues at hand but my fiancée and I were once again wowed at how genuine, sympathetic, and kind Mike is. We truly feel he went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

It is clear that Mike wholeheartedly cares about his customers and doing right by them versus simply selling services/products. We found cost to be incredibly reasonable for the level of service as well. We will use no other HVAC services other than Mike moving forward. I absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of these types of services!

My furnace pilot wouldn't restart I contacted Mike he initially told me 2 hr eta but showed up much sooner and was able to fix the problem quickly and was very professional and price was fair I'm definitely going to be in contact with him again in the future and I would highly recommend him !!!

Mike came today to service our A/C unit. It's been 4 years and had him do maintenance and clean the coils etc. He did a very thorough job and really took his time to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Mike. Mike is the best! He recently replaced our entire HVAC system and was fantastic throughout the entire process. Mike from Regional Heating and Cooling just serviced my AC system that had been leaking refrigerant. In addition to recharging the refrigerant he added a leak sealant to hopefully prolong the life of my system. Mike took the time to review my short term fix versus longer term replacement options. Very personable style. Very happy to support a small business. I will call him again.

I am so pleased with the service I received today. I had Air conditioning troubles with my central ac unit in the worst time possible …. during a heatwave of 100+ temperatures of course! Mike came to my rescue the same day I called and within the hour of him being here, he figured out the issue, replaced the part and had my house cooling down in no time. I couldn’t be happier with this company!!

No question ask hands-down five stars! We were experiencing difficulties with our air conditioning unit, which was unable to maintain the desired temperature of 67 degrees, resulting in an indoor temperature of 80 degrees. Our aging system is approaching the end of its useful life, and we recognize that replacement will be necessary in the near future. However, we are attempting to extend its lifespan through the summer. I reached out to Mike on a whim, considering our hectic schedule. He responded promptly, arriving within an hour and a half, and successfully restored our system to working order. We anticipate seeking his services again in the future for more extensive work, such as installing a new system. I had a great experience with Regional heating and cooling. Mike was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do along with showing pictures of my unit before and after it was completed.
