Gary figured out why the freezer was frosting so badly that the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. He had to come a couple of times with new seals - but he made sure it was done right. Thanks, Gary!

This place has got the worst service ,I had made appointment 2 days in advance and switched my appoint times twice in one day and still they could not commit. The only reason I'm writing this review is that tis company left me stuck twice in one day. Horrible don't use this company !!!! I have to give it one star to post.

I called yesterday, they were here the next morning, on Christmas Eve. Polite, respectful, did a great job and at a really fair price. If I need anything repaired again, I would definitely be calling them again!!! Thank you so much for the quick response, especially on a holiday!!!

Our refrigerator broke down during a very hot spell. I called at 7:30am on a Saturday morning. He arrived at noon, a few minutes early, and did what he could to get it working a little cooler but said it needed new fan. He said he could get it by Tuesday. He called Monday am and had fixed everything by noon. His charge was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call him in the future.

We returned to our new house after being gone for 2 weeks, and the refrigerator was making a terrible noise. It was still keeping things cold, but the noise was almost unlivable! This was a Saturday, and by early Sunday afternoon it was fixed! So thankful that this service actually offered emergency service!

Gary and his son came out to repair my fairly new Samsung dryer that was not heating up. They came out on time and fixed the issue. I had sent them the model number before hand so they could have the correct part, which they did. Great service overall. I will call them again if I need an appliance repaired.

Gary and his son came today (two days before Christmas) to repair our dryer. They found the issue right away (burnt wire) and fixed it immediately. They were great to deal with and we highly recommend them and Eastern Appliance Repair.

Did an install of a microwave with a hood vent. The vent was improperly connected so air was leaking out. Asking him to come fix it and he scheduled an appointment. Reached out the day before to confirm and was ghosted and never showed up.

Gary at Eastern Appliance is my families guardian angel. He was prompt, helpful, knowledgeable. And most important fixed our problem!!

My husband locked all this FR gear needed for a storm trip in the wash, Gary got here same day to fix it.
