Electrical reviews in East Greenwich, Rhode Island

My generator installation was one of the easiest transactions I have had to deal with in a very long time. Pete was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the installation and instructions before he left. I have every confidence going forward that ECI will perform just as well in servicing my Generac generator. Thank you!

This company is great! They are very responsive, knowledgeable, and dependable.

Excellent from start to finish! Highly recommend!

Called for service and never heard back after giving them all my information. They wouldn't give me a time window or date, they simply said someone would get back to me soon. Months later still never heard back, totally unprofessional.

ECI is the best. Have done business with these outstanding people for 2 plus years. Tremendous staff. A pleasure to do business with.

The best of the best! Top notch stellar experience working with Peter and his staff. He’s super conscientious and extremely professional. I’m very happy with my new Generac.

No better company to handle a project like this. Very informative, courteous and always responsive whenever I called. I spoke with many other companies and a job like this needs to be done by the best. ECI is that company.

EXCELLENT customer service, extremely professional, very informative and honest. A company you can trust. No hidden charges. They helped guide us along very smoothly and professionally coordinated with the propane supplier for a complete home setup.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent, professional service. I had a very difficult install and found ECI to excel in accommodating what needed to be done. They were on time, on budget, very respectful of our property. Highly recommend.

Just finished having a 22kw on call generator installed at my home by Peter Renzi and his employees of ECI (Electrical Concepts Inc.). This process started on July 24th by getting quotes from several companies. Everything was completed by September 9th. I could not have been more satisfied with every step of the process. Peter took personal responsibility to coordinate everything from pulling permits, oversight of generator and electrical installations, follow-up with electrical and plumbing inspectors and seamless coordination of propane installation with Santoro Oil. If anyone is looking for generator services look no further than this company!!

Peter from ECI is very professional and knowledgeable in the installation of standby systems and the Generac Product. He was always available to answer my questions and delivered terms of the contract on time. I will without hesitate use this company for all of my electrical needs in the future.

We just has our 24kw Generac standby generator installed by Peter Renzi and his crew at ECI. Not only did he work with us to find the right generator to meet our needs but he also fielded many questions from me with prompt responses always. Instillation was a breeze and his entire crew was professional & courteous with attention to detail meeting all of our needs in a timely manner. Peter took the time to run through the test, setup and connection to wifi leaving me feeling comfortable & confident. We now have the piece of mind knowing we no longer have to stress power outages. Thank you Peter & crew!!

I am a return customer - they put in a Generac whole house generator. Tiffany, Peter, & their dad are true professionals. Family businesses are the best! The 2 men that came today were great- not only did Eric and the other men come at the appointed time, they actually showed up early! Besides what I asked them to do, they did a little more work- they didn’t like the way the wiring was done by a previous electrician from another company.
If you need any electrical work done by a professional, call ECI.
