I could not be happier with the service and professionalism I received from LC Appliance Service. They are not one of those bigger companies where you as the customer do not really matter. They are smaller, dedicated, and truly care. I called them for a washing machine emergency on a Saturday morning. Being the last minute on a weekend, I wasn't expecting much of a response. I was only trying to book an appointment for the following week. Amanda returned my call right away. She listened to my situation and told me she could have a technician at my home within a few hours to assess what was wrong. Sure enough less than 3 hours later Louis was here. Saving the day! He was great. Took his time and diagnosed the problem with my washer. Explaining everything he was looking for and doing along the way. In short order he had it repaired. Hooked it all back up and ran it through a cycle to make sure it was all set. Beautiful! Running smoothly again. Both Louis and Amanda were awesome to deal with. Also the price for their services is more than fair... 💯excellent value for what they do. I highly recommend them and they will be the only company I call for any future appliance repairs. Thanks so much for everything 🙏

Carlos was incredibly polite, professional and identified our problem then fixed it very quickly. This was our first experience with LC Appliance but I have a feeling we'll be using them again in the future.
