We first met Mr. Willis when we had an emergency water pipe burst In an upstairs bedroom. It was a Saturday afternoon and he broke off a family engagement to come Over and take care of the messy situation. He gave us a plan going forward on what we should do to replace a very old oil burner set in concrete in the basement. He removed that installed all new piping and it put in a Navien Heater. He configured The piping system in a very enclosed space that was hard to work in. But now we have six zones all heating perfectly. One thing Mr. Willis does is added advice for how to take preventative care. He’s gotten in touch repeatedly to make sure everything is still working correctly four years later. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I called when I needed a corroded valve repaired for a new washer to be installed. Jody was able to help me the same day I called. His communication was excellent. He arrived when he said he would. Jody also consulted with me about how I wanted the job handled. He did a great job at a reasonable price. I have him in my contacts now and am recommending him to all my friends. Thank you Jody

Great job, super detail oriented, neat and creative problem solver! I highly recommend! Did an entire project 2 baths, kitchen, utility and gas service on a barn conversion which required some creative thinking and he was reasonably priced!

Five Stars! - Hot water heater broke and I had no idea of the next steps. Called around to plumbers and Jody answered immediately, asked me to text photos of the situation (because I didn’t know much about my set up), and I had a new hot water heater within 6 hours. Jody also took the time to explain what happened, explain how my equipment worked, and patiently answered ALL my questions.

Definitely saving his card for the next time I have any plumbing issues!

We ended up (after a frustrating morning of phone calls to other companies) contacting Advanced Plumbing RI. The owner/operator is Jody Willis. He gave us a great price (about $350 less than another RI company with a cool phone number btw).

Despite having a full day of jobs booked, Jody came out to do the install at the end of the day (arriving at around 5pm), and was done in less than 2 hours. He was polite, kind, friendly and absolutely professional. His final bill at the end was about 5% under what he quoted over the phone.

I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!

You won't find a better guy than Jody. He stuck with us through an extremely difficult job after two other plumbers bailed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out perfectly. He also sensed how little I understood about the technical side of things and made sure to take extra time along the wat to explain it all in simple terms. His integrity alone is worth ten stars. Very affordable too. I can't say enough about Advanced Plumbing. Jody is the best!

Highly recommend. Jody replaced our water heater. He is very responsive in communicating, shows up on time, and is conscientious with his work. He even went above and beyond by taking the old heater back to the retail establishment so we could return it for a partial warranty refund.
