Talking to Ryan about why an area of my yard was sinking in was like talking to a trained archaeologist. Ryan is able to read changes in various layers of the soil with an expertise that is awe-inspiring. He is professional, courteous and really good at what he does. I loved how he took the time to explain things to me, I loved the expertise in which he fixed my problem and I loved the hardworking work ethic of his entire team. After the job was completed, I asked for a slight tweak – the addition of more topsoil and Ryan agreed to come back. I think that’s what separates good companies from great companies – a company’s willingness to give their customers their very best. I was fortunate to have found Ryan and I highly recommend him for all your excavation needs.

Ryan did a phenomenal job installing a new driveway and lawn extension on my property. From the estimate to completion of the job, he and his team we attentive, detail oriented and showed a great deal of pride in their work. I can't recommend them enough for any of your landscape construction needs.

SPS is just amazing! Ryan came and offered an informed and prompt quote. We scheduled the work for later in the summer and his crew arrived just about as predicted. He worked side-by-side with his crew, and oversaw everything. The work was done very efficiently and thoroughly. I appreciated Ryan's flexibility and resourcefulness when we hit a couple of surprises. I note that Ryan installs outstanding equipment as needed, and the grading and finish work was meticulous. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND A COMPANY MORE EAGERLY!

From the initial contact has been a great experience. Ryan was on time, actually early to arrive, to do the quote and everything after that was nothing less. Sydney in the office responds just as quick too! The work was completed quickly and looks amazing. We had Solitro extend our driveway with recycled asphalt. Highly recommended this company to do any project in their scope of work!

Solitro did a fantastic job on my long driveway and parking area. We had gravel before and wanted to try asphalt millings. Very impressed with the work they did. They listened to what we wanted, we’re very professional and the job exceeded my expectations. Even my neighbor commented on the good work and took down their number for future use. If I could give Ryan and his team 10 stars, I would! He was a complete professional, gentleman and super communicative. He answered every phone call, text and question we had. He knew the job we needed was very time sensitive and he came through and then some! His prices were extremely fair and his quality of work is superb!!!! We absolutely love our new patio and walkway! In spring 2025, Ryan Solitro was one of several contractors with whom I met on-site to discuss and price the final major project at my just-built house, which was to demolish and remove the old asphalt paving the lot and driveway; then excavate, grade, and resurface them with some permeable material (I chose crushed stone), and pour a new concrete driveway apron and sidewalk, per Providence code for new construction.

Although I'd spent months educating myself about different surface materials, installation procedures, degrees of slope, water drainage, maintenance, cost, and so on, I was going to be highly dependent upon the expertise, communication skill, and ethics of the contractor. Ryan was top-notch in all respects.

He explained clearly the pros and cons of various options, answered my 100 questions in as much detail as I needed and brought up other considerations that hadn't occured to me. His experience, obvious knowledge, easy self-confidence, and his respect for my modest means further won my confidence in his judgment and advice. (He saved me several thousand dollars by convincingly explaining why a product I'd assumed was absolutely necessary wasn't.)

His promptness and transparent honesty in all arrangements of timing, deliveries, contract, permit, etc., won my trust and appreciation (shout out to office manager Sydney!). His warmth and humor was a plus, particularly in placating an irascible machinery-averse neighbor (and he refused to charge me for the additional time that operating extra-quietly required).

Ryan's two crew members, Fernando and Hunter, were equally meticulous and swiftly efficient in executing the work—and the work looks absolutely great. In getting this house built, hiring Solitro Property Solutions is one of the few entirely correct, regret-free decisions I made!

Ryan responded quickly to our request for a job estimate to remove and fill in our fish pond. His estimate was reasonable and he had some nice ideas for the future use of this space. He sent us some nice pictures of other projects he's completed to help us plan ahead. The job was completed on time and as promised. We will certainly give him a call once we make a final decision about what we want to do with this space...maybe a nice fire pit with seating or a stone fireplace/pizza oven. We highly recommend SPS for your projects as a reliable, dependable and reasonable company.

I came across Ryan's posting on Facebook and decided to research out to Solitro Property Solutions. Everything I found was positive so I decided to inquire about getting my driveway done with asphalt millings. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. He came out within a few days to survey and give me a quote. We agreed upon a price and he was out within a few weeks to do the job. Ryan showed up with his crew and the work was done professionally and quickly. We were very pleased with the end result. He pitched the driveway perfect to my drainage which means no more water in my garage and my sidewalk.

Shortly after, we had heavy rains and a portion of the driveway had washed away. Without question, they came out on a Sunday to re-roll and treat the driveway. Even though this was due to the town needing to correct the water flow from the road, he showed up and fixed the portion of the driveway that had washed away.

We had a great experience with Ryan! The day before Thanksgiving our underground water line burst leaving us without water. We called Ryan and he responded right away, excavated our yard, and uncovered the broken line. He was a pleasure to work with, professional , knowledgeable , and reasonably priced. I would recommend him and use him and his team again.
My husband and I remarked that "it was like he was never here". He left the yard so clean!

We had several sink holes in our front yard that made it feel very unsafe with a dog and small child, as well as a few tree stumps and low spots that needed correcting. Ryan’s expertise and skill put us at ease immediately, and our trust was not misplaced! His team did a fantastic job from beginning to end.
