Waking up in a cold house in December isn't very pleasant, but Mike from Priority One quickly solved the problem. I highly recommend Priority One for all things heating related. He is prompt and reliable and doesn't over charge.

I had my oil burner "cleaned" by another company last fall, and their work was so shoddy that we had an emergency last weekend. A first responder from Richmond recommended Priority One, and I'm very thankful. The owner called us back first thing in the morning and fixed our problem well before noon. Furnace is running as it should, he was pleasant, courteous, and his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!!

Jim Bisaillon, Mike just fixed my burner. It's been out for a day. Last night was freezing. Called him about 9 Sunday. After we played a little phone tag we connected. He stopped by the house and fix the problem in about 20 to 30 minutes. He knew exactly what was wrong. clogged filters, new filters and strainers, nozzle, cleaned the line and a few other things. Wow, was he fast, pulled it apart and had it back together in a heartbeat. Highly recommended, very courteous & polite. Didn't mind me standing there even though I didn't have a clue what he was doing. Very reasonable cost.

Mike is always fast to reply! I’ve had heating issues in two different locations and he has come through very timely, very reasonable pricing and had me up and running in no time during peak winter heating time. Without his responsive service I can easily go broke and cold and I’m extremely thankful for his services and his pricing.

Mike had returned my call promptly and went out of his way to an area he usually doesn't go to surface my boilers and cut me a break. Huge weight off my shoulders thank you Mike!
