These guys are great!! They came out and gave an estimate and did repairs all in the same day. Very efficient, professional and punctual. Excellent communication throughout the process and they answered all my questions along the way. I will be calling them for all the electrical upgrades and repairs going forward. I highly recommend them for all of your electrical needs.

Jean, the electrician arrived on time. He's a professional, friendly young man. He listened to me explain my electrical issue with the condo and then he promptly evaluated the outlet of concern, and was able to see the problem and repair it. I am very pleased with Chevalier Electric's service and highly recommend them.

I met Mr. Chevalier one day and asked for his card. I needed work done to upgrade some wiring and then later to install wiring in my basement. Whether he came or members of his team, the work was done professionally, no mess was ever left and they were always on time. I can confidently say that this company is well run and know their business. I am happy to have hired them.

I called Chevalier Electric last week to repair a light switch, Moises answered immediately referred me to the office and the secretary called me right back. An appointment was set up 3 days later. Moises arrived on time and he quickly found out what the problem was, replacing the light switch for a reasonable price. I will use Chevalier Electric again. I now have a great electrician on hand when I need one.

Called about am electrical issue. They said they would give me a quote to fix the issue. They billed me over $300 for coming to look at the issue which I paid, and never gave me the estimate for repairing my issue! They won't return my calls now. Feeling very ripped off, it's been 3 months, no communication from them. This is no way to do business.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Literally had rain leaking through my electrical panel due to this storm. They rerouted guys to come for an emergency repair service call. The guys were fantastic! Professional, courteous, and thoroughly inspected and checked everything out to make sure it was safe. Very reasonable cost for an unexpected, unplanned service. Can’t thank you enough, and I think I’ve found my new go-to electrician for anything needed in the future.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Spoke with Moses on the phone and had Jean and his partner do the repairs. They were here within under 2 hrs from my call and everything was working within 3 hrs! They figured out the problem, which was something I never would have even guessed. Price seemed reasonable. Will use again!

Highly recommend Chevalier Electric for any electrical service. Our recent third floor apartment renovation was our first time using this company and we could not have been happier. High quality workmanship, once on site they did all the work requested, handled all inspections, came back promptly for finishing work. All around great service.

The owner, Moses, was great to deal with during the estimate appointment and follow up. His crew was the best. Mike, the foreman, along with his assistants Jose and Ignacio were polite, conscientious and very neat. The work was excellent and of high quality. I will of course use Chevalier Electric again.

Had an electrical issue where power wasn't getting to a circuit. I had already confirmed the GFCI was not the issue and a breaker wasn't faulty. Looked online and saw them recommended on the Providence Subreddit. Saw great reviews on Google and decided to call. Rafelina was great on the call and Moises was at my house a couple of hours later. He figured out the issue and resolved it, also found some problem areas (connections 120 & 250) that were not in junction boxes. He promptly fixed those issues, as well. He also added an outlet to the circuit and changed out a faulty outlet on his path. The rate was great and he was super friendly. Definitely recommend him and his company. I'm hiring him back to add some recessed lights in a few rooms. Tremendous company with great value!

Moses was super responsive- arrived within a couple hours of my initial call as promised! We were nervous about a couple of problem outlets and a fuse BUT within 30 minutes, he had us up and running with improved outlets and fuse replacement at an EXCELLENT, affordable cost. Chevalier Electric installed electric supply to my pool. From the original call to the installation with permit done was 3 days! The guys were so pleasant, courteous & professional. I had 4 separate issues I needed fixed. They not only did all 4 jobs in a day but did a great job and managed to figure out that some of my issues were less serious than initially thought. Guy was super professional and very nice. The price was also not nearly as steep as I'd budgeted for. I'm definitely going to be using this company for years to come!

This is an old house, and they went beyond what was expected, when they found additional outlets that needed attention. As an added bonus, Moises is a nice person and very pleasant to work with!

I would recommend Chevalier Electric to anyone, and they have made a customer for life. We had just moved in and were experiencing flickering lights throughout the whole house and Moises was able to come out the same day and examine the problem. The service call fee was $125, which would be deducted from the repair costs if we chose to go forward with chevalier for the fix. The quote was extremely reasonable and scheduling and communicating with Rafaelina was very easy. Michael fixed the breaker box and was also great. Unfortunately the repair didn’t fully fix the problem so Moises had to come back the next day and fix the connectors for the service line to the house, which he did at no additional charge. As first time homeowners, we really appreciate their responsiveness, reasonable costs, and friendly demeanor.

Moises came to look at two non-functioning outlets in our newly-purchased home. He was very professional and worked quickly to diagnose and solve our issues. When one of the outlets required a little more attention later that evening, Moises went out of his way to return and help us sort out the issue—he even stopped at Home Depot to pick up extra parts for us. He's very nice, highly knowledgeable, and I would certainly recommend him to anybody looking for electrical work in and around the Providence area.
