I give them all the stars! I had already been quoted by another contractor in my area, and almost went with them for replacing my boiler . I found RIHeating and they connected me directly to a small business I had never heard of — their quote was almost $2,300-ish less for the same job. It’s absolutely crazy to think there could be that big of a price difference between contractors (went back to the original company and told them of the competing offer and they didn’t budge). I would highly recommend getting a second opinion for any job you need done and going through RIHeating before you commit to anything.

My furnace stopped working and I called RIHeating kind of panicking. they got a guy out to my place in Smithfield the next morning. They worked 14 hours straight and had to come back the next morning to clean up. honestly i expected a longer wait for service. I'll support a small business every time.

Got connected with someone pretty quick and they handled everything. Install looks clean and everything’s working. Can’t really complain.

There are so many contractors to choose from and I didn’t feel like calling around and waiting on everyone to come out. This made it easier to get an idea of pricing. I was able to send a few photos and got a rough estimate pretty quickly.

My heating system was around 17 years old and I didn’t really know what I was dealing with. One of the readings came back higher than it should have which made me uneasy. I got a referral through this and decided to replace it. Everything’s been working great since!!!

Furnace went out during winter and turned out to be a cracked heat exchanger. We were referred through here and replaced it. Not great timing but happy to have the heat working again.

Our Providence boiler system had unsafe CO readings. Make sure to never gamble on a 800+ppm reading!! We are incredibly lucky nothing happened. RIHeating was our second quote and the price difference was affordable enough for us to just get it done. Our basement setup was quite tricky so it took two days but what an excellent job! Great customer experience!

Same contractor each time. Pricing was transparent, itemized, and came in just under our first quote.

We had an old water heater replaced with a tankless system and it turned out to be a lot more involved than I expected. The plumber explained they had to upgrade the gas line and run new venting out through the side of the house since it works differently than a regular tank. They also mounted the new unit on the wall and set up a few maintenance valves I didn’t even know were needed. Everything was tested before they left and so far the hot water has been working great with no issues.

These folks will do you right.

We lost heat and were referred to a contractor who arrived that afternoon. He diagnosed a faulty zone valve that wasn’t opening properly and fixed it during the visit. We were very grateful for the same-day service, especially with work the next day.

Our water heater pilot wouldn’t stay lit. Had one of those days where no one is answering the phone. I was referred to a local HVAC contractor who was able to fix it. Really appreciate the help.

I called in for a furnace issue, but it turned out to be my oil tank. The first contractor couldn’t do the replacement, but they matched me with someone who could do the job. Good service overall.
