Tom is obviously an expert in his field. Time was taken to understand my needs
and gather pertinent information at the start. All my questions were answered, the options, costs and the processes involved for each explained clearly. The quote given for such a large job was fair and the job was completed on time with zero issues. I highly recommend KWIK for any plumbing & heating.

We had a great experience with kwik plumbing! Everyone was very professional and they got the job done and they did it right in a short amount of time. Had a new boiler installed this week by Kwik. From start to finish they were prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. There employees and management are top of the line. Don’t hesitate calling them for any of your plumbing needs

Had a water leak on my Navien on-demand water heater and knew it needed descaling. While there I had them perform a PM on my furnace, replace the furnace filter and thermostat, replace the kitchen faucet, the mixing valve on my shower, and add a condensate pump to the water heater. The technicians were awesome. All this work took 3 visits (one on Saturday) and they kept me informed at every step. All this for a fair price! I highly recommend Kwik P&H!

I don't call anyone else with any plumbing needs. They answer quickly, they schedule quickly, and they show up on time or early. Very communicative and fairly priced services. I've used them a few times for my personal residence as well as my rental properties. Jose helped me the most recent time last time and he was wonderful!

I have had Kwik plumbing to my home many times, including on Christmas morning for a clogged pipe. They have always been great! Prompt response, great service, friendly workers, and great management!

My water heater broke. I was calling around for prices. I called Kwik Plumbing and they had the best prices. The owner was extremely polite and was very sympathetic. Came the next morning and replaced my water heater. Technician was very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

Tommy came in to do yearly heating service. He came on time and was open to answer any and all questions. He didn’t try to oversell anything when we were signing the contract. He was very pleasant, respectful and professional. You can tell a lot about the company by their employees and Tommy certainly proved that.

Upon moving into our new home and being unfamiliar with this system we had some major issues with the system due to the prior owner’s lack of preventative maintenance.

Tommy came the same day and totally rebuilt the unit. He also worked with the manufacturer and ensured this was all under warranty.

I have been a repeat customer for preventative maintenance and descaling ever since. Thank you, Tommy!

Great experience working with Kwik Plumbing. I called on a Monday and they came out the very next day. I spoke directly with the owner Jim.

Tommy and Hayden came to check out what was wrong with my kitchen sink and why it was not draining properly. They diagnosed the issue quickly and replaced what needed to be done. They cleaned up after they finished and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Jim stopped by to make sure everything was okay.

It's only been two days but I have no issues with my sink now. I would recommend Kwik Plumbing for your plumbing and heating needs. They were quick and the prices were fair.

Great experience working with Kwik Plumbing. I reached out about replacing my boiler, and they were able to come out quickly to take a look and walk me through my options.

The install team was professional, on time, and clearly knew what they were doing. They diagnosed the issue, removed the old boiler, and installed the new system cleanly and efficiently. Everything was tested thoroughly before they left to make sure it was working properly.

Navien tech cam to service my tankless. Cleaned out the shower head and bathroom faucet. Charged me 125, Left after 25 minutes . A few days later Same issue, called and spoke to the owner who said his navien techs are out sick. Took down my number and haven’t heard from him since. The secretary is the best part about this company ….. she was the only stand up person who actually returned my call and told me she couldn’t help….I don’t recommend this company if you have a tankless Navien .

Kwik was highly recommended by a friend. Very easy to make an appointment for a routine cleaning of my 3-year-old heeding system, oil burner. The service tech was about 2 hours later than planned, no phone call or notification. When the service tech arrived he sat in my driveway for about 20 minutes, then called me from my driveway to let me know he had to return to the shop for a hose. He returned about 40 minutes later with a small canister vac a wrench and a screwdriver. After he opened my unit he realized he didn't have the part he needed so he returned to his vehicle, spent some time on the phone, then let me know he would have to leave again to obtain what was needed. He finally finished about 5 and 1/2 hours after the scheduled service time.

The guy Joe was very unprofessional, I would not recommend

Called them in the middle of the night with a heating emergency and although they advertise 24 hour service, they said sorry but we don't have any one on call. So can't really review their actual work, they won't get our respect, our money or our time. They did say we could make an appointment and they might be able to get us in before the week was over. Unacceptable ! Hey, it was a heating emergency !

I’m a local Realtor and referred a client to Kwik Plumbing, as I had heard good things about them from a fellow agent. She made an appointment for Saturday afternoon, they never showed up. An hour past the scheduled time, she called to ask if they were still coming. They apologized and said sorry, there was some mix up. Fine. They said they’d be there in a half hour. Again, they never showed up and never called to say they wouldn’t be coming. Again! Saturday was her only day off. She wasted it waiting around for a company who not only blew her off once, but blew her off twice in the same day. Very disappointing. I don’t understand how you can treat people like that.

It's been 7days. All promises and nothing in return, but a waste of time...
Day 1- Tuesday, Jim has a flat tire, arrived hours late.
Day 2- Wednesday, Lori will get the back to you.
Day 3- Thursday, Lori will send the estimate, she left early.
Day 4- Friday, Jim is sorry but yells at me for questioning a time frame.
Day 5 & 6- Sat and Sunday They could've had the weekend off?
Day 7- Monday, Still no response.

Today- It's Craig David! I'll just take my business elsewhere. THANK YOU!
