Continue to have excellent, thorough, and helpful work performed by electricians from Eastland. Shawn has performed work at my home in the past and outdid himself this last trip. Several issues from lighting installation to lighting repairs to tech support with our Ring and lighting systems were performed by Shawn and he did an outstanding job. He’s a consummate professional. Highly recommend!

Paolo was extremely thorough in diagnosing our problem. Eastland Electric office staff provides great customer service, and delivers with knowledgeable and courteous technicians.

Great experience with Eastland all around. I received reminders, notification when Shawn was on his way, and a photo of him so I knew who to expect at the door. Wow! Shawn was on time, polite, very knowledgeable , and honest. He kept me in the loop with everything he was doing, and cleaned up every speck of dust he created. I will absolutely call Easyland again.

I had a problem with water getting into my panel when the heavy rains occur. So we called Eastland, They (Gabby) came out the same day for the estimate.

Since this was a major issue, they repaired our home the very next day. We wanted to ensure we would not have this issue again.

We had the service line replaced, New panel and breakers, surge protector, emergency shut off… They super sealed everything to prevent the water issue from happening again.

Our appreciation goes out to Gabby and Arnold. Great Job and Thanks.

Our experience with Eastland Electric was very positive. They answered the phone calls!! Paulo did an excellent job explaining what the work entailed and how much it would end up costing us. He has a great personality and was very efficient. He changed out some plugs for us and diagnosed and fixed an issue with our outdoor spotlight. When he was done, he walked me through everything he did in case there were any questions. We had him come again to replace our electric panel. We will definitely call them for any future problems. I highly recommend Paulo and the company.

I have used Eastland Electric and specifically worked with Dave on most of the properties I have managed since 2009. I can't say enough about Dave and the company. Dave goes above and beyond for the customers. He has at least 20 years' experience, he is knowledgeable, kind, patient and has a great attention to detail. His work is thorough and extremely neat and clean. I also am a customer, in addition to the clients I send their way. You are in good hands with Dave and Eastland!

My family had the opportunity to have Eastland Electric work with us on several projects. They installed upgraded breaker panels in our home and barn. These included whole house surge protectors as well, a big concern for us with our appliances, computers etc.They also upgraded our main power cable with appropriate add ons. All work included complete new grounding systems. Additionally, they installed floodlights (5) which greatly added to our security and safety.

Working with Arthur, Ryan and Gregg for the installations was a great experience. The only way to describe them is professional, diligent, friendly, and extremely competent.

We will definitely be having them back to help us with more improvements. We highly recommend this company !

I needed an outdoor floodlight installed and came upon Eastland Electric with a Google Search. And I’m glad I did. Their business model of sending their electricians out for a consultation with all of the necessary equipment and merchandise on the truck if there is a possibility the job can be done that day is a game-changer. And Shawn could not have been more professional, skilled, efficient, or friendly. He ran the line from my interior outlet up the side of the house, mounted it at the perfect height for max yard coverage, and installed a new light switch to conveniently operate it. He even noted that all of the other light switches in my house were mounted higher than traditional switches and mounted the new one at the same height to be more cosmetically pleasing. I highly recommend Eastland Electric and Shawn, and am sure all of the other techs do equally wonderful work.

Safety evaluation was a nice addition after they noticed some spotty wiring on the light switch they were fixing.

John from Eastland Electric came by this morning to replace 5 halogen under counter lights with LEDs. He also capped off an outlet and did some other electrical work. He always does an excellent job, cleans up afterwards and gives good advice. I highly recommend him. Thank you John!

Eastland Electric came to my home in Cumberland to update the electrical in a home I had just purchased. The knowledge and guidance they provided helped me understand the repairs they had laid out to make, and their professionalism was unmatched. They showed up on time and in uniform, they were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Arthur replaced the panel in my basement; the pride he takes in his work is admirable to say the least. I work in the trades, and I can really appreciate a tech who took the extra time to be neat and properly label all of the circuits. The owner Tom and his son Gregg replaced the service and meter socket, and their tech Arnold refed all of my first floor with updated and safe wiring. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with them. I would give 6 stars if it was possible.

Had a very positive experience with Eastland Electric. Shawn was very professional, informative, and offered options to resolve my electrical updates.
Being a local company, I sought them out at this juncture of the project. I’m not disappointed I did. Will be making a decision soon.

The electrician arrived on time and was very pleasant. While examining the issue, he was very informative, explaining what he was seeing and what would be needed to correct it. He took several photos along the way also. Before leaving, he emailed us a copy of a quote which we liked. We were very happy with all aspects of this visit.

John did a great job of finding the problem and fixing it. He explained everything as he went along. Very helpful.
