I've used this same office for chiller plant maintenance at two companies both with extremely large chiller plants that serve a large campus. JCI is always available when I've placed an emergency call and our regular tech, who I've been lucky to have at both places, has always gone above and beyond.

Very poor service Chris B the technician cancelled the first appointment which was rescheduled for the day. He did not show the next day. I waited 30 minutes. When l called the office. The office contacted him and he replied was that he had to go home due to an emergency. I will never recommend this company.

Boiler would't run ,It was a joke they came in flip switch boiler started then he cleaned two prongs was in and out in 10 minutes $99. 2 days later I went to go work on my bike and again same thing no heat boiler would't fire so I called the 7:30 am machine say get back too you in 15 minutes 1/2 hour then I called again at 9:30 still nothing so I called another company then at 12:00 i get a call from them I told them to take a hike i got someone else ,I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE NOT MY WORST ENEMY
