The service was exceptional service . Jacob very knowledgeable the only thing that I didn’t care for was 150.00 charge for Telling me that I had a nice unit everything look great and then I said go and do the service for $495. Come to find out I was charged 495+150 just for that what they call consultation for me letting them do the service they should’ve deducted the 150 now. I have second thoughts on using them for a hot water tank and another customer of mine having his heater clean.

Working with Martel Plumbing and Heating has been a pleasure. From the office, to Kyle, who sold us on the furnace/hot water tank, all went smoothly. The crew that removed the old unit was efficient and tidy. James and Bryant who installed the new furnace and tank came early and finished in reasonable time. They left us with a well structured unit. I would recommend this company.
