This was a wonderful experience from Freddy in the office who is wonderful, to the service we received. I was extremely nervous since we didn't have anyone we knew to do these repairs for us. Estimated times to completion were always spot on. Pricing was fair and competitive. Add in some fun bantering and humor the whole process proved effortless on my (homeowner) part. The technician Alex was great!! He was very kind and respectful. He let you know what he was doing, and when he was leaving and coming back. I’ve had other technicians from different companies walk into rooms and move stuff around without telling you, but Dynamic Electric wasn’t like that. And he did a great job with the lighting. He fixed the problem and even fixed what the electricians did before him that led to the problem, all in an hour. Would highly recommend!!!
