The two young men, Charlie and Eric, sent by J.L. electric were efficient, very knowledgeable, and exceptionally skilled at their job! They solved an electrical problem other electricians in the area had walked away from. They kept us informed about the expense involved before proceeding. Their work was worth every penny. Bravo! J.L. Electric for having these men on your staff. Your receptionist is efficient and represents you company well also. Did I mention they were super considerate of our home (and us) and left the place super clean and unscathed? We recommend J.L. Electric without reservations!!!

We have a Generac generator that was installed years ago by Toner. It has saved us during snow storms and a hurricane. The winter that everyone lost power in a winter storm, we actually felt guilty being one of three houses in our neighborhood to have lights...etc... I always count on Jeff to service the generator. He is always prompt, courteous and gets the job done!

I have used Toner Electric many times for our house and our rental house. They have fixed bad wiring in our kitchen, added outdoor motion detector lights, and run electric to a new pool heater. They communicate well, always show up when they say, and leave everything clean when they leave. I highly recommend them.

A few weeks ago National Grid changed the cable coming from the pole to our house. They told me the house connection (which was installed in 1961) was in bad shape and needed to be replaced (though not an emergency). I immediately called Toner Electric and they came right away to see the problem and to give me a cost estimate which we thought was reasonable. The work was completed about two weeks later in about four hours and they did an excellent job. The town electrical inspector reviewed the installation and gave it an OK about an hour after the work was done. I will certainly consider them for future work and recommend them to others.

Toner recently installed an electric car charger for me in my parking area. Frank spent the time understanding exactly what I wanted and what was needed. His crew showed up punctually and took care of the installation quickly and professionally. Just trying to get the bids from the other electricians was hard work! Frank was so easy to work with and, yes, his price was the best! I can't tell you how pleased I am with the whole experience!

Toner is a great company to do business with. We purchased a generator last year. it was delivered and installed in a timely fashion. The price was fair and the service was amazing. Frank personally delivered the generator and instead of just dropping it off he spent a good amount of time teaching us how to use it. This was very important to me because it's not something you have to use every day.
