My experience was entirely positive. They installed my heating/cooling system 7 years ago and the same staff checks on it and same people in office for many years. All are friendly and safe. I’ve never had a second thought when asking my tenant to leave a key for them to come and check system yearly.

It cares about its customers it has a solution for every issue and is great at what the owner likes to call "Valueneering" as many mechanical engineers and architects seem to get paid by the line and make things over complicated and expensive. This company is family owned and operated. And the employees are also treated like family. They hold on to their good help and expect to make quick friends with your serviceman or installer. Most of them grew up in the area and all of them are just down to earth good people. Tell them I sent you and they will know me by my first name alone. And soon you too!

I would very highly recommend UG Nasons. We have had quite a few heating and AC needs with a home we purchased last year. U G Nason has always been very responsive and fairly priced. Kenny has been to our house a few times for emergency issues (once for no heat, and once for a broken EZ trap that was causing a leak). He quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed them. Much appreciated!!

Because of the size, modular construction, and finished basement, installation of an AC system in our home was challenging. This was compounded by the fact we did not want mini splits on our walls. Out of seven proposals from different companies, only Jameson Harding of UG Nasons presented a plan that we had confidence in and also met our needs. Jameson throughly evaluated our home, met with us on multiple occasions and never pressured us to reach a decision His patience, knowledge, and commitment to over seeing our installation made our choice easy. The installation crew was pleasant, conscientious, and easy to have in our home. We are thrilled with the results and fortunate to have made such a good decision.

I had a leak in my ceiling from what Nasons said was an under sized drip pan paired with a clog. They removed the clog and said I could continue using the ac with no problems. When the leak started again I called back and they had no idea who I was. I explained my situation, again, and they schedule someone to come measure for the new pan. That appointment was never kept. I called again and they said the only person who could come take measurements was on vacation. Another month goes by and I call again. Apparently they had the measurements but thought I had a different issue from the drip pan. Two weeks later someone comes to inspect, it's an internal pan issue. I told them ok go ahead and fix it. That was the end of July. I made my original call the beginning of May. My business went there entire summer without ac because their entire staff was to incompetent to communicate with each other or their clients.

We have been Nason's customers for 15 years. They have always provided excellent service, which is very much appreciated. What distinguishes them is how they step up in tough times, when the heat goes out in the dead of winter or the AC fails during a heat wave. We are most grateful for caring and compassion. Top notch.

Staff needs a lesson in customer service. They lie straight to your face and expect you not to pick up on it. It’s a shame. The founder probably had incredible standards once upon a time. I wouldn’t believe a word out of any of their mouths. Even the staff has a low opinion of the management. In any business it starts at the top. Maybe you should all have a meeting and hash out the issues in your company instead of making excuses for eachother. Whole experience was incredibly frustrating and would have expected much more from a decent sized company with their resources. FIGURE IT OUT

I have regularly used Nason's to do all the maintenance on my rental property's. They are very good, will help me with little things between services if I have a questions. I normally get the same guys who know the property which also helps. 10+ years as a customer and will continue.

we lost our furnace during the freeze last week. It was an urgent fix that was required due to my wife and I expecting our 2nd child any day now. After two other companies refused the work Conni @ UG heard what we were dealing with and had their team fix it within days. To say they went the extra mile is an understatement- Luke, the owner, had a broken foot (not lying) and took it upon himself to get into our crawl space and quote the job the same day that I called. Can't thank them enough!
