Wave cleaners did a beautiful spring cleaning of our cottage! They were efficient, friendly and took great care with everything!

Jessica and Josalyn clean our summer vacation rental which was booked from May-November last year. They did a great job and we got many comments from guests about how clean the house was. They also go the extra mile and offer services like bringing a guest something he needs in an emergency, or getting rid of overflowing garbage!

Wave is an awesome company. Josalyn has been cleaning my house for a few months now. Josalyn always does an excellent job! She does a top notch general clean making sure all surfaces are sparkling, she tackles problem areas and always goes above and beyond. Josalyn asks me where I would like to focus on this visit and she follows up with a report on the house making suggestions for the next visit. I have never had such a dedicated person clean my house. I also appreciate her knowledge and of cleaning products and suggestions for tackling the challenges of a house near the water.

This is the second year that we are using Wave Cleaners and are very happy with their service. They are always on time, do a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning crew.

They were able to fit us in and begin cleaning my folks house during my father’s fight with cancer. They were very respectful during this time. They have done such an amazing job that mom has decided to continue with the service long term.

I had very bad experience on professional and personnel levels with Wave Cleaners. They started good, but then instead of 2-3 people, 5-6 people were coming to my house, work was not done properly and finally, the ruined my floor by applying some product, and it took quite an effort to remove this product (they did not complete removal). Also, when my entire family had a car accident and I and my daughter were injured and hospitalized, just next week after I was released from the hospital, they requested increase of price for exactly the same work they did before (taking into account that my floor was still covered in product they applied to it). I believe human beings should have some decency!

The crew at Wave Cleaners have been great for our biweekly cleaning. They arrive as scheduled, do great work, and are in and out quickly!

Happened upon this company by sheer luck / word of mouth. We absolutely would not be able to invest in vacation rental real estate without WAVE as a partner. Simply put: they GET it. So flexible. So fast. So comprehensive. People always say to us - rental turnovers every week, sometimes MORE?! That must be so much work! But with Wave, we know just about everything is going to be handled and if it’s outside their capability (a very rare case) they’re in touch with us immediately to alert us we need to attend to something. They’re just good people with a great, can-do attitude and approach. Having them as a partner is a gamechanger for us.

I have been using WAVE cleaners since I moved to RI in 2013 (when it was just Jessica Kalogeras-Wilson). They are professional, thorough, dependable, and fairly priced. They clean my place twice a month and have done a few bigger jobs for me. I have always been satisfied!

They are very thorough and I am always confident the house is ready for our next guest even when I don't have time to check on it before their arrival. They are also very flexible with scheduling and do their best to squeeze us in when we get a last minute booking. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Wave Cleaners for residential cleaning. I have used them for several years now. They do a great job cleaning and are efficient and careful with fragile belongings.
They are also very reliable and flexible - always come at agreed upon time and reschedule if I need it.

My daughter started Waves coming to my home during my husbands’ cancer treatment. Between all the doctors appointments it was becoming more difficult keeping up with the housework. They couldn’t have been more thoughtful working around our ever changing schedule. Since his passing I have continued on a biweekly basis. We used Wave cleaners to clean out a house after a death in the family. We had to get the house ready for sale relatively quickly. Jess was incredibly easy to work with. Her and her team made a real difficult situation a little easier to deal with. I hope a situation like this never happens again, but if it does we will DEFINITELY be using Wave cleaners.
