The tech Fernando was great. Professional, courteous and patient. There was a mixup with the schedule but the office corrected it the day before and we were able to keep the Saturday appt. Overall i am happy with the service. They won’t be the cheapest but the repair will get done timely and correctly with a 1 year warranty.

Called them to unclog a sink drain. Was told price would be given when they arrived. When they arrived, they quoted me $745 to unclog one sink!! That’s 3-4x the going rate. So be aware.

Fernando did a great job replacing our outside faucet and adding new pipes after our old one broke off. Great with communication and was very considerate with pricing. He even fixed our leaking utility sink with no extra charge! Fernando went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend him for future plumbing issues.

Just a bathroom sink drain that needed unclogging costed me as much as a main drain cleaning=$681

Had a clog in the line to the septic tank and experienced an overflow. Called my regular service guy, and because it was Sunday quoted a $500 upcharge...and I'm a customer! So I called several drain services. Much to my surprise, Roto-Rooter responded within minutes and had a tech over within an hour! The tech, Joe, was terrific...knowledgeable and efficient. He cleaned from both the tank and inside the basement and then had the line visually inspected by another tech who's job it is to do that. Anyway, I was very pleased with the job that was done. I ended up paying $200 more than a routine flush but given the quality of the work, the immediate response, and the peace of mind provided, on this day it was worth the cost. Roto-Rooter is going to be pricier than most...but, if you're in a pinch (like I was), I would definitely recommend their service.

Bryce did a great job! Not going to lie, I feel like plumbers are always expensive, but, Roto Rooter was actually cheaper than the other two quotes I got from local companies. They were super prompt and easy to get scheduled (next day). Bryce came in, gave a free quote, and explained what he was going to do. They gave a very generous military discount and got to work. We’ve had a slow drain sink for 4 years and it’s finally fixed! 10/10 recommend. Great work, great employees!

Technician was great, communication with him was clear, he was very knowledgeable, and fixed the problem in one visit!

Ben was our guy today and he was awesome. This is the second time he’s provided prompt and professional assistance when we had emergency issues with our plumbing. I believe he was still an apprentice when he first helped to fix my hot water heater last year. A year later he was on his own and replaced several pipes for us after a leak was noticed in our basement. He honored his estimate and was very pleasant to deal with during the entire experience. Professional and tidy. We had several plumbing issues and the technician corrected all of them. He also offered advice and recommendations to avoid or lessen the problems in the future. He was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. My experience with Roto-Rooter has always been positive. This was no exception. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them when needed in the future.

This is the fourth time we have used Roto-rooter and they have always been friendly attentive and resourceful. They show you how your plumbing systems work while they repair them and listen to your concerns. They give great advise on how to prevent issues moving forward and even show you how to do maintenance on your own. We have used them to repair our garbage disposal, clear clogged drains, repair old pipes, and replace our combination broiler/hot water heater. If I could give more than five stars I would! Shout out to James!

I had no hot water to a bathroom sink. It required and in wall repair which was done behind the mirror so no drywall repair was necessary. James was knowledgeable, professional, and completed the job quicker than I had expected. The price was considerably lower than i had anticipated. I was a loyal GEM customer until recently. They actually looked at that exact job. I was not happy with the customer service I was receiving so i decided on reaching out to Rotor rooter. I will be returning for all my plumbing needs. Our technician , Ryan was prompt, thorough and extremely knowledgeable and competent as he installed the proper equipment into the drain pipes on this property! And then he took the time to explain exactly what was happening under the foundation and in the drain pipes. I was able to follow and understand what has occurred. I should add that we are the tenants on this property. But I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and their technicians. Thank you!!!

The Roto-Rooter technical, Isaac, did a great job. He arrived later than initially scheduled, but his previous task was a considerable distance from my home, and both Roto-Rooter and Isaac kept me informed of the revised time as soon as possible after the delay was identified. Isaac was experienced, friendly and professional and kept the job area as clean as possible. He fixed the initial problem, but also identified a lead that would require additional planning to correct. He talked with his plumbing supervisor, took pictures and videos and started the process required to correct the bigger problem. Bottom line, Isaac corrected the initial problem, and identified the requirements to correct the underlying plumbing issue. Great job and I would be happy to have Isaac work in my house again.

Very courteous, pleasant and proficient at his job. Cleared my clog, and was very neat, don't get rid of this guy(James), he's an asset to Roto-Rooter.
