Provided consult/quote in a timely manner. Excellent comms. Completed job when they said they would, professionally. Service cost fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

I would rate their service very low and unreliable. Had them install an EV plug when it developed a problem it took 10 day to get them to come out. Their diagnosis was it was a bad plug. Solution order a higher grade replacement. 2 weeks no contact when I reached them they said it was on order.2 additional messages left no response. 4 week later plug still not replaced or fixed.

I understand businesses have fullschedules, but what could be a valid excuse for not calling someone back.
