All is well with our service. Cleaners are thorough and the office always looks great after they finish. They are also very receptive to our needs.

Had two buildings serviced by this company. The cleaning was not so bad as long as the certain cleaner came out but as soon as he put one of his workers out to clean the buildings it was terrible. The SUPERVISOR ANN was terrible.
First off they expect to get paid upfront before the service takes place. Conveniently if there is an issue good luck to see the money and you hope to get a credit applied to a future invoice.
If they didn’t receive a check in THEIR time frame they would just not show up and NOT call to let you know. So you found out Monday morning which is unprofessional. The sales man negotiated the terms to give us net 30 days to get the sale and because they are outside the normal company terms (paying the month upfront) we were penalized and ANN continually brought it up and guilted us by telling us the cleaner doesn’t get paid until we pay our invoice and they have bills to be paid. IMAGINE!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! That is not my problem and they should as a company make a change if they decided to change THEIR terms to get the account. So we explained many times that the sales man and MANAGEMENT should of never agreed to the net 30 if it would be a continual problem but it fell on deaf ears. Ann was very UNPROFESSIONAL from the get go and we have never been happier since we left this company. It should NOT be a project to have a weekly service fulfilled. They have the cleaners backed into a corner once they sign up with them and it’s a ONE WAY STREET AT THIS SYSTEM ONE OUT OF WEST WARWICK!
Stay away AS THE CUSTOMER IS DEFINITELY NOT NUMBER 1!!! Find a direct cleaner so you do not have to deal with something like this!

We are a new customer. Contracted about 6 weeks ago. So far, the service has been outstanding. No complaints from our entire staff.
I have not been inconvenienced by their cleaning personnel. They address all of the concerns that we discussed in our initial walk through.

Excellent service and quality of work. They did a deep cleaning of our 50+ year old commercial kitchen and it looked like new when they were done. Hard working, nice people.
