Excellent experience with S&S Construction on my roof installation. The owner, Scott, is great to work with. Highly recommend.

Scott and crew did a great job on my flat roof . He bid the job fairly , performed the work within a couple of days and finished the job in a day and a half .

Everything was picked up and spotless as well when they finished .

I look forward to working with him again.

We have yet to hire Scott and his team but as I went on here to read the reviews I felt like I had to write one myself after our brief experience. He has been by our place twice this week to give us an estimate. While inspecting the roof he found some shingles had fallen off and spent his time replacing them and did not charge us for his work. He was here on time for our initial appointment and has excellent communication. We are hoping to complete the project soon and I will update my review at that time.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Scott Strom and S & S Construction Solutions. Scott was fantastic from start to finish. He recommended architect Frank Morins, who was equally great. Frank worked closely with me to design a two-car garage addition, patiently making several revisions until the design was exactly what I envisioned. Together, Scott and Frank handled all the necessary approvals and permits with the Town of North Kingstown, which was a huge relief for me.

As with any project of this scale, there were some challenges with the town’s requirements, but Scott and Frank navigated these issues seamlessly, ensuring the project moved forward without requiring my involvement. Scott was very transparent and flexible during the contract process, and he honored the agreement without question. Not only did he start on time, but he also finished well ahead of schedule!

The cost was very fair, and I genuinely feel like I got more than I paid for. The workers were professional, hardworking, and efficient, completing the job to the highest standard. Scott also encouraged me to get quotes from other electricians but ultimately recommended Louis Electrical, who did a fantastic job—fast, high quality, and again, worth every penny.

Throughout the project, Scott welcomed oversight and was always open to changes without imposing unreasonable additional charges. He also worked closely with the North Kingstown inspectors, taking that burden off my plate entirely.

I cannot recommend Scott and S & S Construction Solutions highly enough. Whether your project is big or small, Scott and his team are the ones to call. If I ever have another project in the future, I won’t hesitate to work with Scott again.

Scott listened to our visions and provided his expert knowledge to help guide us through the process. We had S & S Construction Solutions LLC replace our 31yr old roof on our 100yr old Dutch Colonial. We highly recommend them! Scott, the owner, did everything he said he would do & for a reasonable price. No price gauging. The crew that did the job were excellent. No short cuts or corners taken. They treated our property & us with professionalism & respect. They spent the time to do the job right & with pride in their work. The first day they worked from 7am until almost 8pm. I highly recommend S&S construction. I got a few quotes for replacing my roof and they were all around the best price and were very professional. Scott was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions. His crew was awesome. They came in and had my roof replaced in one day and left my property clean. Extremely pleased with S&S Construction and the work they did with my roof. Scott, was communicative, answered all my questions diligently, and extremely understanding. His crew was efficient, respectful and nice. There was a slight miscommunication error, but Scott and his crew resolved it quickly with no issues. Went with them after a recommendation from a friend/coworker and I’m glad I did. I definitely recommend going with S&S for your roof. It came out great and I don't feel “robbed” on how much I paid, which is a great feeling after paying such a lump sum.

Scott and the crew from S & S Construction Solutions were great to work with on my rof repair and a few small fixes inside the house.
