Great company! Really smart group of guys who did my extensive project of switching my home from oil to gas, switching my electric appliances to gas ones, installing my new gas hot water tank, a mudroom radiant floor heating system AND installing a gas heater to the pool! They had a full team that came and did the work quickly. I would highly recommend using Advanced Comfort Systems.

Amazing. Truly amazing. We called them because we have two Vitodens 200 boilers in Cambridge, MA which nobody was able to service and fix. We lived in this limbo for 10 years and finally one boiler broke down completely this year and we had to find a real contractor. Kip came and we expected a quick visit, then several weeks for ordering parts and then several weeks for waiting for install - instead, he had the spare part in his truck, he stayed 3 hours to install everything AND clean both boilers. Everything is like new at such a fair price that we can now afford annual maintenance. I still can't believe how lucky we were to find this company!!

Kip didn't even insist on immediate payment because the office had to price the replacement part (he gave us a rough estimate). Instead, they sent us the invoice next day and we paid over the phone. In my experience with contractors, that much trust in first-time customers is completely unheard of. I just can't get over how good this company is compared to everyone else we had looking at our system.

I had a Viessman 222 combi boiler installed, Advanced did a fantastic job with very competitive pricing. Their installation team was very professional, knowledgeable, and astute. They got my installation done quickly and professionally, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We were more than satisfied with the quality of work done at our home. The crew arrived right on time. They set right to work and obviously enjoyed what they were doing. Nobody slacked, but we heard laughter now and then, showing they enjoyed each other. They were polite and answered any questions we had. We would definitely hire this company again.

I built a house years ago and John and his dad were fantastic. They designed and installed an in-floor radiant system for the entire house and even added a zone for the garage. They were great to work with and also maintained the system for us for years.
We have since sold the house and downsized to a condo, but I would use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them very highly.

The technician from Advanced Comfort Systems was terrific. He called in advance that he would be a few minutes late. After arriving I inquired about the details of the annual maintenance and inspection that I requested. He provided a complete overview that was easy to understand. He quickly diagnosed and solved a problem that I experienced on one zone in our home.at the end of last season. These guys are truly professionals.

I installed a high end Viessman boiler a few years back directly with the sales-reps involvement. After repeating code-errors coming up and boiler shutting down, I called the company directly and they recommended to me John Perry owner of Advanced systems.
Long story short, the most knowledgeable person around for this type of equipment. He fixed all the problems with the installation and is the only person I have being count on since, every year.

In 2010, after much research and interviewing and pricing for a new tankless system, I was directed to Viessman systems and to Advanced Comfort Systems (ACS). I was highly impressed with both the professionalism of installation and the attention to my understanding this new system and how to adjust it, as needed.

In a room baseboard system that had been installed several years prior, we had a major leak. We called ACS and, even though they had nothing to do with the initial installation, they came to our rescue and their bill for this repair was very reasonable.

The also have annual maintenance checkup by ACS which keeps my Viessman functioning at peak proficiency.

I continue to give ACS's contact information when asked with full confidence that I am not steering anybody wrong.

In 2019 Advanced Comfort Systems installed a new Viessmann 222 boiler in my home. John came out to the house, explained the process and the product in great detail, and answered every question I had.

After getting several different quotes, we decided to go with Advanced who was NOT the lowest quote, and I am thrilled that we did.

John and his crew were on-time, on budget, extremely professional, extremely courteous, and installed our new boiler with meticulous precision!

If you are in need of a new boiler, I would strongly recommend you consider Viessmann. They are the “Mercedes-Benz” of boilers.

Replacing a major part of your home is NOT the time to look for a bargain. I’m a strong believer that you get what you pay for.

This boiler reduced our heating bills by 60% and has been operating trouble free since the install.

Advanced was awesome, from interaction with the office and the owner to the service people who fully upgraded our heating systems from Oil to Gas. They found the best match for our usage and desires. The system was installed flawlessly and has saved us so much in fuel costs over the past year.

We had a problem with no hot water. Called the office and there was someone at our door an hour and a half later. replaced the part and left. Great service

ACS has done several projects at my home.

Most recently, they are replacing my oil fired INDIRECT water heater with a water heater with heat pump. I am estimating a savings of $1600 per year on oil bills, if oil prices NEVER go up.

BTW, I have solar electric power, so hot water will be a freebee. This will dehumidify my basement without a dehumidifier as a side benefit. This is a turnkey, fixed price project. They handle everything from permit, electrical, mechanical work to turning off the boiler for the summer. One of the critical components was on back order, so plan ahead to maximize your ROI.

For my money, I would NOT let anyone else touch my radiant heating system. It's 20 years old and needed a complete overhaul. I think they replaced everything except for the pumps which are still churning. Feel like I am ready for the next 20 years.

They are NOT the lowest cost provider, but they are the best. Very satisfied.
