I would absolutely recommend, I had Alysa, Ashley, and Felicia. They made sure to cover each floor and were able to remove all hard water stains. The entire team is very communicative about scheduling, prices, and policies. I appreciated that they worked so well with pets in the house.

I have been using Maid Believable for my home in Providence since 2015 (!!) and continue to be so appreciative of the work they do! They deep cleaned the construction dust out of the house when I first moved in, and they’ve continued to clean regularly since, including while I’ve had renters! Crystal is incredibly professional…I always get email and text reminders for a cleaning, and she’s quick to answer any questions I might have over email. I’m very happy that I grabbed her card at a CVS employee event so many years ago. Thank you Crystal for all you do to help me stay sane!

Maid Believable does an unbelievable job cleaning our home. Ashley and Emily are our regular cleaners. Their work is outstanding. They are always on time, do not stop cleaning until the work is completed and are a pleasure to work with. Just a great company and staff.

Mike was excellent - Encouraged us to follow him around the property and ask questions throughout the inspection, all of which he answered thoroughly and with evident knowledge on the subject matter. His evaluation was extensive, he explained clearly anything he was not able to inspect, and the resulting report was extremely clear and easy to understand including pictures with highlights/arrows of key areas of the property noted in the report. I would recommend his services in a heartbeat, especially to first-time home buyers who are unfamiliar with the inspection process.

The home inspection was done in great time, but did not skip anything. From the smallest details to the most obvious thing that you might overlook, these guys made sure that all was inspected properly. They even gave consideration when inevitable maintenance or replacement would be needed.

On time, very kind, extremely informative and most importantly super thorough with the inspection. They inspected a condo I just bought so it was quick but the inspector made sure to answer any question I had and give me a detailed tour of the inspection he preformed! Don was a true professional. He went through each of the house’s components and explained what and why he was testing each area.

Because there had been snow on the roof the day of the inspection he was not able to inspect it. He came back a few days later when the snow had melted and gave me an update. He went above and beyond.

Mike and Conner came out to inspect the home even in knee high snow. As they inspected they explained what they were looking at and why. Very appreciative of their efforts and would recommend them to anyone for a quality inspection.

When founder, Michael, had a family emergency (blessing!) the night before our bought home inspection and our CPO, Michael made it a priority to reach out to us from the hospital to not only let us know of the situation but also came to us with the rescheduling plan and how we would fit these into our tight time period.

Inspector Chris was able to fit both the CPO and new home inspection within that period and made it a priority to review all findings with us in great detail. They also gave helpful recommendations on how to remediate the issues. I cannot give enough stars for the great work completed by House Doctor. They made this process seamless, efficient, and easy to understand in a stressful time of buying and selling. I cannot recommend them enough to those looking for an educational, thorough and complete inspection!
