They performed the service as if they were in a rush and had no regard for the damage they did. Left vents popped out, broke a bunch of vent attachments and drilled holes without even letting us know. When we called to discuss the issues the owner was extremely rude and not concerned about the issues, he offered no solutions. Wouldn't recommend

Rude customer service. Literally laughed at my price range inquiry. Perhaps this was an outdated range (but I have paid this price before). This was unprofessional and unwarranted. Do not waste your time.

The dryer vent cleaning service was first-rate. We felt very warm every time the dryer ran, which worried me. After finding a substantial amount of lint accumulation inside the vent tube, the technician removed everything. He then checked the airflow and confirmed that the system was functioning correctly. Drying times have improved following the cleaning, and the dryer now runs much more effectively. The guy answered all of my questions and gave helpful maintenance suggestions. This was a really happy experience thanks to the excellent workmanship, affordable costs, and first-rate customer services.
