Very disappointed as neither of the two staff acknowledged me and my husband, even to say “will be with you shortly”. The gentleman was with a customer (only other person in the store) while the receptionist was having a phone conversation with a friend ( a lot of complaining about another person). Too bad. We needed lots of appliances.

do not order anything from their show room because once you order it you can not return anything even if its in an unopen box. This is why people stay away from small business.

We drove 30 minutes to look through the show room. We are building a house with four bathrooms and we were planning on buying stuff for all four bathrooms but after being in the show room for five minutes we were told we had to leave because we brought our two older children with us to pick stuff out for their own bathrooms. When more customers came in they told us there was too many people in the store. They said our children had to leave the store. Sadly we all left because I wanted my children to be able to look and pick out what they wanted in their bathrooms. They should have told the customers that arrived after us they had to wait. Will not be back

I called in advance because of COVID. It was suggested I come early. The staff was very helpful and all of my questions were answered. Yes, I think the prices aren't cheap. But I was glad that when my plumber installed the items bought, nothing was defective and no parts were missing. Things went smoothly.
