I would recommend Evergreen solar, I had been struggling with not being able to get a new roof, and it was leaking. Everyone else said no, but Evergreen said yes!! Thank you!!

I'm one of those elderly difficult customers that needs a lot of information & reassurance with any new technology.
Starting with Brendan Gardiner in sales, to Project Manager Sean Riley & even Jamie in billing- they were all super friendly & extremely helpful & patient 🙄🙄.
Installation technicians & electricians Dan & Nick were polite, patient (with my 100 questions) articulate with explanations & thorough. After the install they
policed the area & picked up any debris.

I can't wait til the city & utility company does their final inspection; I'm excited to be going green at 67 😁

It was great experience from start to end. I highly recommend them. Very professional, I felt very supported with responsive answers to my questions during the process. There are many things need to happen but they take care of everything.

Steve, our salesman, was a standout. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing like some of the other reps we spoke with from other companies. He was calm, matter-of-fact, friendly, and really took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.

Our project manager, Joshua, was also excellent—very responsive and timely with updates and any questions we had. The installation was done by Skyline Solar out of Wallingford, and they were great: quick, efficient, and friendly.

Overall, we’re super satisfied with the entire process and would highly recommend Evergreen Solar to anyone considering going solar.

So far I've had one of the best customer service experiences at Evergreen Solar. This is mainly from Julio. I had reservations at first and spoke to another solar company. But his honesty and integrity won me over. He communicated with me as well as others in the company involved in the installation keeping me updated.

Fantastic experience. Dimitri is very knowledgeable, friendly & easy to talk to. Communication is top notch… all my phone calls, texts & emails are either answered at the moment or I received a response quickly, usually within a few hours. Dimitri was very thorough and took his time answering all my of my (many) questions in a simple way I could understand. Work was done very quickly. We could not be any more pleased. Highly recommend.

We’ve been concerned with the non stop increase of our electric bill. But have been reluctant to try solar because our roof was almost 30 years old. When we learned that Evergreen Solar would bundle solar panels and a new roof, we reached out. They responded quickly, were always available to answer questions, stuck to their schedule and took care of everything. The roof was replaced in one day and the solar panels as well. So far so good, I can’t wait until the system is up and running.

The whole Evergreen team is awesome. They are the gold standard for customer satisfaction and how to wow the customers. Especially Law and Sean who were like the glue to the whole work across evergreen partners (roofing company, solar installers, town, eversource etc.). The approvals were done ahead of schedule which was amazing. The quality of work was awesome too. What a contrast from all the horror stories I have heard from others on their solar installation. Lot to say, too much will bore the readers. First Class Company. If you want solar and you are not sure, call this company. The owner is extremely hands on, i dealt mostly with Jared and Jordyn on my installment. Two class acts and incredibly helpful, nice individuals. Their technology is extremely advanced, their accuracy of what they told me I would produce was almost spot on. Installment took a day, no leaks, no issues, no complaints just saving crazy money on my electric bill! I asked about 113 questions, not one time did they mind or get annoyed. Stop here, click on this company. Tell them I sent you if it’s cause of this review! You will have no regrets.

Worse experience with a solar panel company!! From the day of installed meant! Company didn’t notified they made a hole on my roof; found out days later when we had heavy rain and damage my dinning room roof to find the issue, the the repairs where done as they hire someone from the street and used leftover scraps to repair the roof, when called the company they stated they called that a repair then when ask to be properly fix asked if it ain’t below a panel they aren’t responsible, Company failed to notify about the separate breaker to not be touch and if touched to ensure it was on to ensure panels were functioning properly.l according by the company owner statement “A full service solar company, our team takes care of each step of your solar panel project from design to installation and everything in-between. We understand solar can seem overwhelming, thats why our staff of friendly solar educators are here to fully explain everything to you.” Doesn’t seem they hold the owners word truely, then you have customer service manager ALEX!! Who states there’s no manual nor should the customer be told about the solar breaker it is not the company’s responsibility to make you aware of the equipment they installed on proper!!

Great experience with Evergreen Solar throughout entire project. Project included new roof & solar. The team took care of everything, worked fast to stay within timelines and share all info along the way so we knew all parts of the process.

I recently had solar panels (along with a new roof) installed on my house, and the experience was outstanding, largely thanks to Rich. His crew were professional, transparent, and efficient from start to finish. They provided clear explanations of the benefits, incentives, and financing options, and the installation was done seamlessly with great attention to detail. The panels have already led to a noticeable reduction in my energy bill, and the excellent post-installation support from Rich and the team has made the transition to solar smooth and rewarding. Jared over at Evergreen set us up with our new roof/solar install and we couldn’t be happier. Aside from the amazing final product, the process was surprisingly easy. I can’t imagine the process going any smoother, the roof and solar install took a total of two days and both crews were very professional and respectful of my property. I was also happy to find Jared available and ready to help as any questions popped up during the process. I highly recommend evergreen to anyone looking for solar without the headache, they make the process easy.

The team at Evergreen Solar were always informative and helpful, and excelled at letting us know what to expect throughout the whole process of evaluations, engineering, installation, and inspections for our solar system. While our system is now very new and working as planned, I have confidence that I can reach out should problems arise.

Great solar team to work with (even when the power company was dragging it's feet). Sales representative Isaiah was communicative throughout the whole process to share info and updates from project management and power company. Install team was professional and did a great job. They checked with me around aesthetic questions for running channels and the town inspector was impressed with the neatness of their work and documentation. Great financing options. Happy to be entering energy independence with Evergreen!

Excellent service. We also had a new roof installed. What amazed me the most was how quickly they responded to any questions we had . Most companies these days take 2 to 3 days to answer. This company answered my questions the same day. The roofers and solar installers did a great job.. They cleaned up after their work. You would have never known they were there it was so clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great Company hands down! Prior to going with this company I also did a lot of research and sat down with 2 other companies, before choosing Evergreen Solar. My sales person Isaiah Hernandez was top notch. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. My Fiancé and I had multiple questions and he had a prompt answer to all of them. Seamless install from the beginning to the end. Had my solar installed 2 months ago and still to this day if I have and concerns or questions Isaiah Hernandez (sales person) personal phone number he answers for me in minutes. Great Company A+++
