We converted our detached garage into a full workshop adding electrical, insulation, heating, and new doors. Coastal took care of the permitting, the framing changes, and even some drainage fixes around the building. The whole thing looks and feels like new construction. Pretty happy with how it turned out.

We had Coastal help with a commercial space build-out for our small business in Westerly Ri. They built new walls, installed lighting, and ran all the electrical and plumbing we needed. The work is solid and the final space works perfectly for our operations. Only reason it’s not five stars is the town inspections slowed us down significantly, but Coastal stayed on top of it… probably annoying the town and building department until answers were provided. Good team

We hired Coastal to build a two-story addition on our Portsmouth property and honestly the work came out better than we hoped. The foundation took a while to have poured, although its a difficult time weather considered. The framing was done in under 2 weeks they wrapped up all the finishes without making it feel chaotic. Scheduling a project this size could've been overwhelming,... but they were upfront whenever something shifted. The new space feels like it’s always been part of the house.

Our kitchen remodel required removing a load-bearing wall and installing a big beam, which made us pretty nervous. Coastal walked us through the whole process and coordinated the engineering without any drama. The new open layout is perfect and the finishes are exactly what we pictured. Great Project, took a while, but nothing good comes fast

Our home is over 120 years old, CCM took on a big remodel, and a lot of responsibility.. Including just over 2800 square feet of renovation + and added three rooms and an unforeseen plumbing update. Working in an old house is never easy, but they were careful not to destroy the character, but instead enhance it. . A couple of special-order materials took longer than expected, but that’s historic work for you!! Overall very professional and the craftsmanship shows.
