My subzero fridge was losing temp in fridge section and losing all my food so called for service and although we had to wait we did get tech that afternoon. Our service man retired here in Hampton Bays so found our new service. A++++

Came to do the install the day after it was delivered. Great price on both repair quote and install and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Will only be going back to JB for other needs!

When you know what the problem is because it's happened before and they still refuse to give you a price on the exact repair..... I'm not paying you $90 to come out for you to then tell me a water pump is going to cost $700 to repair..... I know what the problem is I know it needs to be replaced I just don't have time to do it myself. And you still refuse to give me a price on that repair type. Give me a break.

The repair required ordering multiple parts and making multiple trips. Through this process, Juan was communicative, fair, and transparent about costs.
