Hearthstone Home Inspection

Hearthstone failed to notice free standing lead pipes and asbestos in the basement. A plumber noticed the lead in less than a minute after walking in our basement.

The inspector also came back for a follow-up inspection after work was completed but only wanted cash as it wasn't an official inspection. His boss was unaware of this visit when I followed up with my concerns.

I would not use this company moving forward, nor recommend them to others.

Shunny was great and very helpful with our inspection! I wasn't sure if we were able to get scheduled and everything completed with Thanksgiving being right at the end of the week when everything was due, but he got everything done! We had our inspection report in the portal at the end of the day and it had so many pictures, details, and recommendations. We were there during the inspection and he had asked if we had any concerns, to which I mentioned some concerns about the basement since the house was built in the 1890s. He took his time down there and was very thorough, to the point where he poked every single floorboard to check for wood rot. I'm very glad I found Hearthstone Home Inspection! DeRhonda was also great helping us to schedule everything and giving me an estimate on all services and what to expect.
