Shunny was great and very helpful with our inspection! I wasn't sure if we were able to get scheduled and everything completed with Thanksgiving being right at the end of the week when everything was due, but he got everything done! We had our inspection report in the portal at the end of the day and it had so many pictures, details, and recommendations. We were there during the inspection and he had asked if we had any concerns, to which I mentioned some concerns about the basement since the house was built in the 1890s. He took his time down there and was very thorough, to the point where he poked every single floorboard to check for wood rot. I'm very glad I found Hearthstone Home Inspection! DeRhonda was also great helping us to schedule everything and giving me an estimate on all services and what to expect.

Completely impressed with inspector Jared. I cannot express how thorough he was and everything that he went through during inspection and how much detail about everything he gave. He took his time with everything he looked at and answered every question in a way everyone understood. 10 stars to Hearthstone Inspections!

Hearthstone is an amazing company. Every person we've interacted with from the initial phone call to set up the inspection through post inspection follow ups have been phenomenal. Mark is an amazing home inspector and it's been a pleasure working with him. The inspection reports are very detailed, available digitally, and are made available very quickly. Brian with Hearthstone is always very thorough, on time, patient. I have worked with him a few times and never have any complaints! The reports are always easy to read and very detailed including all the pictures in the description. I never feel as though I need to follow him around to take notes of everything found. It is comforting. High recommended!!

Excellent service provided by Hearthstone!! Shout out to Shunny for being a great inspector. He was not only thorough during the inspection, he took the time to educate me on the process as a whole and what to look for when examining houses. He was also extremely prompt in providing the report... I got the final report within 6 hours of the completion of the inspection. Hearthstone was also very flexible in scheduling the inspection...I had a time slot within 2 business days for the inspection. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service and will use them time and again when needed! Highly recommended!!

Frank and his team are thorough, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I highly recommend them and will not buy another home without calling them to conduct the inspections. They saved me from very costly mistakes and they are professional. I was impressed that they provided to me a comprehensive written report the day after the home inspection was conducted, so I could meet my deadline. Brian inspected our the home we are purchasing. He was thorough and professional and coordinated the heating and well inspectors well. I felt that he reviewed every aspect of the home and did not cut any corners. He even crawled into the difficult to access attic space. Brian answered all of our questions and directed us to think about aspects of the home that we wouldn't have on our own. His report was EXCELLENT and was emailed to us the same day. He recommended that we hire a structural engineer to be sure about the foundation as it was not his area of expertise.

Hearthstone set up the appointment quickly and had good availability and pricing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an inspection. Great balance and experience and price. Overall, the inspection put as at ease and helped us get the right price for our property.

We were highly impressed with Frank's inspection of a property we were looking into purchasing. We showed up to the inspection five minutes early and Frank was already there, up on a ladder, inspecting the gutters. We spent over two hours with him as he thoroughly went through every detail throughout the house. He was quick to point out both positive and negative aspects, explain how certain components work, and even offer suggestions for how some findings could be fixed or replaced. We had his very detailed report in hand the very next morning, and were able to use the digital version of his report to pull out important items that we could go back to the seller with. We were very impressed by Frank, and would absolutely use him again - highly recommended!

Had Brian do an inspection on a house after reading it was better to hire your own inspector rather than the one your realtor recommends and he was fantastic. He arrived early and explained everything to me as I walked around with him, and answered my questions big and small. He let me know what were minor things I could do on my own and how I could do it, and what were things I should push the seller to take care of. I felt comfortable during negotiations to push on what he suggested I push on, and I feel very educated on the house itself. Would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a reputable inspector for a first time homebuyer.
