Very friendly staff! Got what I needed for my money tree!

I came, because I bought a PVC primer and a solvent "heavy duty" to fix a washer and dryer PVC water discharged, I used the both items and after 30 mins, I used the water discharge pipe, the solvent and the primer didn't bond, thus I came back to home depot to return the items and get new ones. After explaining the situation to the cashier she called the manager Juan, who came to my face and with a bold attitude as his head, told me mocking of the situation that it was impossible several times, I have spend over 60k within this year in a couple of projects at Home Depot, and you can rest assure that after today, I will be paying off the Pro Account, and will start scheduling my business else where, where i am treated with dignity and respect, and as your manager said, impossible, impossible, you might have many customers, but just lost one, and any possible recommendation. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT, I AM PAYING FOR THINGS THAT WORKS, AND FOR RESPECT!

Rosales Gutter Services is an amazing family-run business. I talked to Jonathan about all of my concerns and he was able to offer me a product that solved my water issues. I talked to him on Thursday and I had new gutters installed Saturday morning. I could’ve happier plus there is a 20-year warranty!!

From the first call to completion of the job, Jonathan and his crew were professional, communicative and offered a fair price for the job. I had my old gutters cleaned, sealed, added a downspout, and they even installed some splash guards that I purchased separately. They handled these non standard repairs expertly and I was not pressured to buy new gutters. On arrival, we discussed all the details so everyone was on the same page. This is our second time having work done by Rosales. We were having problems with drainage and clogged gutters in a U-shaped corner of our roof. Rosales suggested we try 6" half round gutters to improve drainage and ease blockages. They worked great! So we recently had them return and replace all our gutters with the 6" half round and had gutter guards installed as well. So far so good! They handled 3" of rain recently very easily and the guards are keeping the falling leaves out. Would highly recommend Rosales and the 6" half round gutters!

I called for an estimate for new gutters and downspouts, 30 minutes later I had a detailed estimate and 4 days later I had brand new gutters. Rosales put in new gutter guards. I qualify this by saying I will see how they hold up over the years, and their responsiveness if I have an issue.

Miguel did an amazing job of cleaning my house gutters and even provided pictures of a before and after. Gutters was blocked an I had no idea. He was respectful of my property and the job was done really well.

Jonathan was in contact with me physically for about three weeks before the job was done. He came to the site multiple times to fly a drone to properly diagnose our situation. They installed gutters that were so much better than the design we had. They even painted the gutters to match our historic building. Highly recommend this company. Thorough, efficient, communicative, and professional. Aces all around.

Extremely timely service, great price and super responsive. They were able to inspect my gutters with a drone within a couple hours of my call. Fantastic service would highly recommend to anyone needing gutter work.

The two workers sent to do the work were polite and very efficient in a no nonsense get to work manner. I like the fact that this is a family business and they were very accommodating. Valentina returned calls quickly and Johnathon called me personally ( owner ) as I did not respond to a text as I wasn’t feeling well. I do plan on using Rosales in the future and am recommending them to friends and family. The cost for the work was very reasonable.
