Being a full time working mom, I was excited for this clean! Samantha was on top of it initially and had great communication. I sent photos and videos of my home, as well as square footage. Once the employee was working, Samantha texted me and said my home was “unkept” and wanted to charge me an additional 50% of what was initially quoted because my stove top was dirty. I was confused and referred back to the documents she provided me with. Eventually, I agreed to pay since there didn’t seem to be any other option. Then, the employee told me they did not want to clean our house biweekly any more due to my budget, and that I should’ve gotten a deep clean. I was very up front with my budget initially and wish Samantha would’ve said “it isn’t the right fit, apologies” before coming to my home and upcharging me. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the unprofessionalism. Attached photos of my home after 3 hours of cleaning. My sister gets the same cleaning done from another provider and they send 2 people for 3 hours for that price.

Samantha and Ned did an incredible job with my deep clean. They were punctual, friendly, and extremely thorough. Everything feels fresh and spotless, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend their services!

Jessica's team did an amazing job with my house. Some of my tenants things had been moved in already and there was construction dust as well, they moved everything around and cleaned it all to sparkling. I did get charged extra for the time it took to move things and the construction dust, but that was communicated ahead of time and was understandable as to why. Would definitely use them again.

I scheduled a deep cleaning and Yajaira did an amazingly thorough job! I was worried some surfaces were too far gone to ever look clean, but she was able to get them polished and shiny, and even stayed for hours to ensure everything was done.

Word of advice- you should let them know if you have carpet in the home and if you have pets. That ensures they bring the right supplies.

I’ll be getting regular cleanings from them based on the deep clean and I can’t wait to have a sparkling home again!

Sun Pristine Maids provided excellent quality cleaning services. The service was on time and provided me the best cleaning for my apartment. They were very courteous and professional in the performance of their duties. They left my apartment clean and fresh. I would most definitively use them in the future.

We got a “deep clean” from Tay’s Team and couldn’t have been happier. Their attention to detail was exquisite, and the house is the cleanest it’s ever been!

Hiring Sun Pristine Maids was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I paid $449 for a deep cleaning service, expecting professionalism and quality. What I received was the exact opposite: an unprofessional, disorganized, and outright disrespectful experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

The problems began immediately. For the original appointment, the cleaners arrived hours earlier than scheduled, demanding to be let in. When they finally performed the cleaning, it was shockingly substandard. They didn’t even sweep or mop the floors, and key services I paid extra for, like office cleaning and inside-the-oven cleaning, were completely skipped. I documented everything with photos and videos to prove how little was done.

When I brought up these issues, they initially promised a redo and a partial refund. But over the course of months, their behavior became even more unprofessional. They rescheduled the redo multiple times without my consent. When the cleaners eventually returned, they refused to clean—first claiming my apartment was “locked” (it wasn’t), and later saying it was “too messy.” These contradictory excuses were nothing but deflections to avoid taking responsibility.

What followed was some of the worst communication I’ve ever experienced from any business. Hassan, the manager, initially acknowledged the problems and promised to resolve them, only to later reverse course. Instead of providing the promised refund, he accused me of falsifying my evidence and even implied I was committing fraud by disputing the charge with my bank. His dismissive, condescending tone and baseless accusations were beyond unprofessional and felt deliberately intended to intimidate me.

After months of trying to resolve this matter fairly, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my bank. Sun Pristine Maids’ refusal to take accountability, paired with their unprofessionalism, disorganization, and outright disrespect, makes them untrustworthy and unreliable. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

UPDATE-
After further reflection and reviewing my communications, I’ve uncovered even more troubling information about Sun Pristine Maids. Despite Hassan claiming that all cleaners are trained under his company’s “top-notch cleaning program,” my confirmation email revealed otherwise: “Service Provider assigned to your booking service: Ronilde (Lunin Ronil’s Cleaning Service).”

This shows that Sun Pristine Maids doesn’t employ their cleaners directly but instead subcontracts the work to unrelated businesses. This explains the repeated rescheduling delays—if a redo was required, Hassan would likely have had to pay the subcontractor again or find someone else to do the job, which he clearly wanted to avoid. Instead of taking accountability, he stalled and made excuses, further proving the lack of professionalism.

This business model raises serious concerns about quality control, accountability, and fair pay for the subcontractors. Customers are being charged premium rates without knowing the work is being outsourced, and subcontractors may be underpaid for their efforts. Sun Pristine Maids is essentially a middleman profiting off this flawed system at the expense of both customers and workers.

I am pleased to report that my experiences with Sun Pristine Maids has been nothing short of awesome. They take the stress out of cleaning my properties and the quality of work is second to none. Highly recommend this company and team for your company needs.

Sun Pristine Maids was very responsive to our needs and very professional. They had a lot of work to do in getting the house ready for sale and did a fabulous job. We were very impressed with their work.

We had Yajira clean a pretty dirty (dog lives there) and funky apartment. She did an amazing job. I don't know HOW she did it, but things were clean and sparkling. She was so thorough and spent time dealing with challenging areas! And she was nice. I was so happy with the results and will ask for her again!!
