Reviews of local pros in Providence, Rhode Island

I had the air ducts cleaned & sanitized and the furnace cleaned. Bruno was outstanding! He arrived as scheduled and worked diligently to get the cleaning done. The price was very reasonable for all the work done. I highly recommend this company and suggest that you ask for Bruno!! :-)

Alex came out to clean our air ducts/dryer vent, and did an amazing job! Not only did he do a thorough job on the vents, but went so far as to take a portable fan that he noticed had dust, and took it outside to clean. He was respectful of our work from home situation, taking care to close doors to rooms when going in and leaving, and when done, showed us before and after pictures showing the quality of the work. Considering the quality of the work and price we paid, we could not be happier. Thanks!

The service was great! He was very courteous and efficient. I appreciated how he kept me updated and how he was sure to keep closing the doors behind him to keep as much heat in as possible. Thank you!

The two people arrive promptly and got right down to work after inspecting all the heating returns and exchanges within the house. They were very respectful and did a clean job as they were in all of the rooms. They worked for 4.5 hours straight and did a very thorough job. Five stars to Ernesto and his partner, and I would absolutely recommended this company’s service to anyone looking to have their air ducts cleaned!

Cannot say enough good things about this company. David was the professional who serviced our home in Western Loudoun County, and he and his partner were efficient, clean, and incredibly pleasant. They even showed us a few areas that needed greater attention, and made sure to show us the before/after pictures of the services they provided.

We recently moved into the home, and the dryer vent was so clogged that he thought there was a birds nest in the vent.

Could not be happier with David and his partner, and recommend this company to anyone looking to have their duct work cleaned.

Jhordan was great! It was our first time getting our air duct and dryer vents cleaned and he was super thorough and efficient! Got everything done in less than 3 hours.

Highly recommend. Prompt, thorough service! Reasonably priced. Did not make a mess! Technician VERY professional and knowledgeable. Don't go elsewhere else, use these guys. They are great!

Juan Ortiz did an excellent job on ducts that haven’t been cleaned for 15 years (if not longer…) Very good work.

Amazing service. This is the second time we have used them.

The technician showed up and we were just finishing a construction project which created a lot of dust (the completion of our project ran a little longer than expected). When he saw the state of our home and that some of the rooms still under construction - he suggested he come back when it was completely finished to ensure the best outcome.

I was so thankful for this suggestion - even though it was counter to him efficiently completing the job - he was already at my home!

This demonstrates the level of integrity and care of this firm - to put the quality of their service and the best interests of their customers first.

I highly recommend Lowes. Arrived on time. Technician was extremely friendly, polite, respectful of his surroundings. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. When he found what was the beginning of mold, droplets in one of our units he immediately stopped work, explained everything to us, including what had to be done. The unit was sanitized, and he continued with the rest of the house. Was here for the amount of time that was estimated. After he left amazingly enough, we now keep our air conditioner 2° higher than we normally did because the house was colder and smelled fresher. Again I highly recommend.

excellent service. Juan thoroughly cleaned out the dryer vents and was fast.

Javier was professional and thorough. He took precautions to protect the house when he brought his machine in and out and cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly and I am pleased with his work.

My house is built new 11 years ago. This is the first time we cleaned ducts. The technician (Jhordan) did professional job of cleaning the entire house, 2 HVAC systems.

I will give this a 3/5 being generous. I think they did an ok job overall. issues are

1.) I have 3 children and specifically asked if I should cover the beds / clothes / etc before the ceiling ducts/vents were cleaned because of possible debris… I was told no… now I just moved into this house and I know the vents were not ideal.. but after the job was done all 3 rooms with ceiling vents had debris all over the floor and some in the childrens crib / bed (some of which was mouse droppings) which I don’t particularly like the fact that mouse droppings were just left on my children’s sleeping areas with no cleanup or mention or anything, especially after I asked if I should cover them with plastic of some sort

2.) maybe more minor? , the vents are pretty well “cleaned” or should I say vaccumed?.. but just putting the flashlight on my phone and taking a video you can still see plenty of areas where buildup is still there

So my assumption is this isn’t really a duct / vent cleaning … it’s more of a .. stick a vacuum in the vent and suck up whatever comes out and call it a day cleaning.

For 900$ (2 hour job so 350$/hr) I was hoping the vents would be better cleaned and for there to not be mouse poop and dust all over the bedrooms , specifically where we sleep.

Absolutely Fantastic. ***** 5-STARS ***** Ernesto called and came early which worked for us. He was polite and wore a mask the whole time here, even though I suggested he did not have too. Before and after pictures showed the great job he did. Price was fair and great for work involved. I was extremely impressed with the awesome job. I would recommend to anyone I know to use them.. Thank-you!

The service was excellent, the technician came right on time. He called to give me a specific arrival time which helped a great deal as I don’t live on the property.
The service was performed promptly and efficiently.

Ivan was terrific! Very prompt and professional. We will definitely recommend Lowe's Air Duct cleaning.

We used this company when we bought our home and called them back after several years for another service this year. Both times Juan was the technician, and he was very clean and respectful and made the experience as minimally disruptive as possible. Thanks again!!

I had a great experience. Ernesto was responsive, timely, and thorough. He was excellent with my dogs. I’m so happy I finally got around to having our ducts cleaned as it had been quite some time. Highly recommend.

My name is Jesse Leite, I live in North Providence & John has come to my apartment on 3 different occasions & each time he has been extremely efficient & has always done quality work, pleasant to talk to & any time I explained issues with him it was easy as pie, he’s always been on time & even arrives a little earlier than he says sometimes, but always calls shortly before he’s arriving to make sure i was available, he’s the most professional HVAC technician I have ever had help me out in situations & I’ve had a few. I would recommend his company to family, friends, strangers & even my boss because my boss would hold me responsible if there were any issues, which I guarantee there wouldn’t be any. If you need a professional & quality technician call John at RI Mechanical Inc. I could go on forever, but I won’t. Thank you for all of your excellent work John. Perfection is hard to meet, but John comes as close as it gets, when it comes to HVAC work. Thank you again RI Mechanical Inc.

Like their work and the plumbers. Efficient.
