OneGrid did an excellent job on my solar installation!

My project was more customized than a typical installation—I had a new addition to my house, reused several solar panels from a system installed nine years ago, and combined them with new panels. I was also very particular about avoiding exposed wiring, and the team handled this beautifully.

The installation crew was outstanding. Matt, Brandon, Thomas, and the rest of the team worked seamlessly together and were professional, respectful, and attentive throughout the process. They listened carefully to my preferences and made sure everything was done exactly the way I wanted.

After having evaluated several companies ranging from national to local that offer the service in RI including Tesla which would have been my first preference due to my admiration of Elon Musk and his products, I chose OneGrid for three major reasons: fast professioanl response time, deep knowledge of the mechanism and process of how state energy credit program work as well as competitive pricing.

The delivery was accomplished flawlessly on schedule just like planned and quality of the work is excellent.

I recently had solar panels installed on my home by OneGrid Energy and couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and made what could have been a stressful home improvement project feel seamless.

I had a deadline to meet in order to qualify for the federal solar tax credit, and OneGrid Energy delivered by completing the installation on time without any compromise to the quality of their work. The system has been performing great since day one and we are already seeing a return on our investment even on short winter days. I had a great experience installing solar with OneGrid. Being a local company, they really understand Rhode Island’s rebate and incentive process and handled everything for me, applying the rebates directly to the project cost. Their quote for both panels and a battery was already lower than other installers even before incentives. They were also flexible in accommodating extra requests like attic access, an electrical panel upgrade, and detailed breaker-level power monitoring. Their familiarity with the local permitting process helped move the installation forward faster than other installers suggested.

I highly recommend OneGrid Energy for all of your solar needs. From the initial contact/consultation to the final inspection and setup every single person from OneGrid was on point, professional and extremely kind. They installed 25 panels on my house and there is not a single piece of conduit on the exterior. Extremely clean and neat. The materials were delivered the night before. The crew showed up at the right time and started working right away. Seems like a very experienced team and hardly any conversations needed. They installed our panels on the main roof and on the side roof. Very efficient and they finished before time. Cables lined up as agreed. Battery in the middle of the wall and lined up as agreed. Cabling and electrical work was excellent as well.
In our previous house we had solar as well; this crew from One-grid was significant better. Highly recommend them and a great experience.

OneGrid was absolutely incredible with my solar installation. From setup to install to finalized pprwrk and them checking once everything was running.... couldn't have asked for or expected anything smoother.
From Dexter and Thomas, who came to my house and sat down with me and my wife and explained every little detail..... to Tyler and Dillon who did most of the install even in the dark of night at 0°, these guys were crazy and very neat and polite....I couldn't find a nail in my rock-bed when they were done. I was extremely happy about that. Matt the electrician, was also very polite and neat inside my house, leaving it neater than he found it. His work was top notch as well as everything looked straight and tight, and he even answered questions while he was working for me. Deb, on the communication side of all this was remarkable, answering a barrage of questions from me at I'm sure not the best times during the days and not blinking once... she was also well learned and knew her stuff. My experience with ONEGRID was very pleasant as I learned alot along the way. These guys are not just there to throw stuff on your roof.... they're there to install equipment for you that will benefit you(if it doesn't, they'll tell you that too) and they help explain it from start to finish.....
