HOORIBLE !!!! Poor customer service.. The secretary is incredibly rude and the tech told me to come down and actually bang/whack the unit to make it run.. REALLY!?!?! They were supposed to fix it and charged a diagnostic after coming 4 times in a 2 week period.. It's still not fixed.. Had to keep calling them to finish the job.. You've been warned..

I can’t get an appointment to service my Navien on demand system that they installed until Fall...when the house will be shut for the winter....the install was great and they serviced it last year....other than this fiasco they have been fine but I need to find someone else so I am not happy

My AC compressor died in the heat of July. Tom found a compatible unit and installed it as fast as possible. Many thanks.

Tom came 7/24/20 to give us an estimate. 14 days and 4 phone calls later still nothing.

Great people to deal with. They came out and removed and replaced our boiler the same day. Temperatures were frigid. The workers were courteous and professional. Can't praise them enough.

Received excellent service yesterday. The technician was kind, professional, and explained everything that needed repair, with quotes, before he started to work on them.

Guy was very informative and was determined to see what the issues were. I appreciated the time he spent with me to make sure I knew what I was supposed to do. He is an asset to your company. You need to keep him and maybe give him a raise.

They did a great job hooking up a mini-split heat pump for my Mom so she could survive the summer. They have reliably installed and maintained oil, gas, and electric systems for us.
