House Cleaning reviews in Rumford, Rhode Island

Great Company!!

Never heard back

Very professional and everything was done in a timely manner.

Very professional, everything was performed at a timely manner. Thanks again!

They were great! We will use them again.

Excellent job, trustworthy and very efficient. Price is right on the mark for all I contacted.

Right on time, fast effective cleaning, left my old apartment completely spotless. Would highly recommend.

Everthing I asked for and more! Awesome job at a great price. They go above and beyond expectations!

Quality work for great prices and very professional customer service from start to finish!! Highly recommended for all of your cleaning needs!! A++++

Fantastic work! We had our 3 bedrom/1.5 bath townhome cleaned not too long ago, and my husband and I were very pleased with the results. We will be using them again.

Completely irresponsible! We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and they did not show up. Renaldo said we just didn't understand that only Jesus can create miracles??? 2 weeks in advance we scheduled! We were getting our home ready for an Open House. They left us high and dry. We've used them before and had a LOT of trouble getting any communication. Poor management. Do not hire them!

They did a pretty darn good job! In and out with 4 people, they clearly made the whole process fun for themselves which I'm happy about. They paid attention to lots of little details other cleaners might miss. Scheduling was a bit difficult but it was worth the wait and these things happen! Looking forward to working with them again.

I highly recommend this company. Over the last 3 years I have had at least 6 cleaners. Some I liked personally, but did not do a good job. Some I just sent away. However, Brazilian Cleaning does the superb cleaning I have been looking for....I will have them clean every 2 weeks. So happy.

Great company. Very professional. Very friendly. Will text their arrival time the night before and send another text if they will be even slightly late. Had a minor issue once and they went 100% above and beyond to make it right. We love this company. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs. The ownership is professional, caring, and a great listener to your work needs. Their flexibility to assure my satisfaction is rarely seen these days. I had two very important cleaning jobs, two weeks apart and the quality of work was exceptional. This was the first time I used The Brazilian Cleaning Company and I recommend them without any reservation!

The best facilities services company in New England.

We have been using this firm for years, via our account manager, Dave Greco. They handle standard cleaning of the common areas of apartment buildings we own plus custom cleaning of the litter at some massive townhouse properties which we manage as 3rd party managers.
